It should be clear to everyone by now that these 44,000 hours of capitol film contain sufficient exdculpatory evidence for virtualy everyone accused and THAT IS THE problem.  What will happen to the state narrative that TRUMP incited a riot and that only his supporters were responsible for the deaths and damage,etc?.

The United States government continues to block the American people from getting full transparency over the events of January 6… As Politico reported, “A federal judge on Friday denied a Jan. 6 defendant’s request to delay her imminent trial in order to review thousands of hours of security footage recently made available by Speaker Kevin McCarthy… As the report noted, “Boasberg worried that widely permitting Jan. 6 defendants to slow down their criminal proceedings. The judge argued that this footage could “derail dozens of trials that are set in the next few months… oasberg, who is set to become Washington D.C.’s chief district court judge later this month, suggested that to support a delay, he would need a precise explanation on why the footage might contain exculpatory evidence.

Really? Why might passing clouds contain rain? Is this judge a complete idiot or still in training?  The J6 ‘House of cards’ is beginning to collapse and these people are moving from a stationary to a full blown panic. So there you have it this SOB judge is worried that all the individuals the state worked so hard on to sell the Trump inspired riot would be lost as the defendants would be exonerated. This isn’t justice..it is a cheap recreation of the 1846 Dumas novel.

McCarthy has only released the tapes to Tucker Carlson rather than to the media in general which is why Lindell is suing him.. Some transparency.. that should enlighten everyone that RINO McCarthy doesn’t want you to know the facts of the case either BUT time to shed a tear for all those prosecution lawyers and judges who won’t reap the legal windfall from riot convictions.
