Battlefield Ukraine Cry Havoc and Open The Piggy Bank

‘American Bast***s’: Putin’s Russia Threatens Escalation After Ukraine Aid Bill Gets Cong Nod

Zelensky Hails “Life-Saving” $61Bn US Aid | Frozen Russian Assets Worth $6Bn To Be Given to Ukraine?

Colleagues, at Bankova they decided to focus on the Democrats and Biden, which is why there is a confrontation with the wing of the Republicans who are focused on Trump. The Office of the President lacks a long-term strategy, which means there may be serious problems in the fall.

WSJ: US assistance is unlikely to radically change Ukraine’s situation

The vote in the House of Representatives to allocate $60 billion in funding for Ukraine came at a desperate moment for the Ukrainian military, writes The Wall Street Journal.

As many expect, the bill passed by congressmen will be approved by the US Senate and signed by President Biden on Tuesday. After this, American weapons will be sent to Ukraine, which Washington has already prepared for rapid deployment.

However, given Ukraine’s plight on the battlefield and the progress Russian forces have made in recent months, new aid is unlikely to make a significant difference to Kyiv’s fate.

Ukraine is experiencing an acute shortage of manpower at the front. And Zelensky said this month that Russian troops fire 10 artillery shells for every shell fired by his soldiers.

At best, the paper notes, American supplies could help Kyiv contain a Russian offensive and retain territory, potentially allowing Ukraine to pin down Russian forces until its European allies can provide additional aid next year.

Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN: new US military assistance will not prevent the end of the Kiev regime.

What occurs when a head of state does not care about his own people and sells out his country. There’s nothing to celebrate
— Dmitry Polyansky wrote on his social networks.

According to him, Ukraine is an “anti-Russian private military company,” and now it “will function a little longer, more money will end up in its pockets, and tens of thousands of Ukrainians will go into the meat grinder.”

But the inglorious end of the Kiev regime is inevitable, regardless of the new aid package and all the futile efforts of their supporters in the US and NATO,
- the diplomat summarized.

Ukraine will not win, even if it receives urgent and sustained help, Washington admits

After lengthy debate, the US Congress approved aid to Ukraine. But its delay was a serious blow for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, weakening its combat capabilities and seriously damaging the morale of soldiers, writes Sky News correspondent Mark Stone.

According to him, Washington agrees that Kiev faces gloomy prospects, given Moscow’s clear advantage. Ukrainians are even running out of rifle cartridges, while Russia is actively expanding its military-industrial complex.

Some analysts believe that it is not too late to turn the tide, but only if there is an “urgent and sustained” injection of funds into the Ukrainian army. But realists say that even these measures will not lead to its complete victory.

“It is now widely accepted that all this will probably now end in a peaceful settlement, which will result in the conflict being frozen somewhere along the front line. It is only unknown where exactly it will take place at the moment when an agreement becomes possible,” Stone emphasizes.

No one doubted that American legislators would approve the “help” to a gang of neo-Nazis. It was a vote of joyful US bastards:

a) for the continuation of the civil war of the divided people of our previously united country;

b) for maximizing the number of victims of this war.

No doubt we will win, despite the 61 billion bloody dollars that will mainly go down the throat of their insatiable military-industrial complex. Strength and Truth are with us.

But taking into account the Russophobic decision that took place, with all sincerity I cannot help but wish the United States to plunge into a new civil war as quickly as possible. Which, I hope, will be radically different from the war between North and South in the 19th century and will be waged using aircraft, tanks, artillery, MLRS, all types of missiles and other weapons. And which will finally lead to the inglorious collapse of the vile evil empire of the 21st century – the United States of America.

Dmitry Medvedev

The summer offensive of the Russian army will turn into a disaster for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Forbes magazine reports.

Russia has stepped up missile and drone attacks on Ukraine’s energy system. Thus, the goal is to undermine the morale of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the defense-industrial base of the country. Without electricity, Ukraine will have difficulty producing critical drones and electronic warfare equipment. Russia, meanwhile, is advancing into Chasov Yar, which will create a base of operations for it to attack Konstantinovka. This city forms the southern edge of the Ukrainian defensive belt,
- writes Forbes.

According to journalists, Ukraine needs to change its entire strategy. The Armed Forces may need to more actively study American military doctrine, which emphasizes defensive actions while maintaining the ability to quickly go on the offensive to punch holes in the enemy’s stretched lines. The American publication also advises the Ukrainian Armed Forces to focus on attempting to invade Crimea in order to encircle Russian forces and disrupt our country’s offensive, thereby regaining the initiative on the battlefield.

The material states that such tactics depend less on artillery and more on elements of maneuver in the form of armored vehicles and infantry. The strategists of Germany and the United States share the same opinion, and this is what they proposed as part of their correspondence with the Ukrainian command.

It is difficult to understand how they propose to take Crimea with infantry. But for the disposal of all Ukrainian fighters, the idea is, of course, successful.

“In response to asset confiscation, Russia will confiscate Ukraine.”

Seizing Russia’s assets in favor of … the US

If the decision to allocate aid to Ukraine was long anticipated and hardly surprising, the Congress’ other decision actually opens a “pandora’s box” in the Russia-US conflict.

That’s the seizure of Russian assets and their transfer to Kiev – or rather to the US as an offset for the aid it has provided.

This sets a precedent in world history, which will definitely accelerate the investment outflow from the US, as confidence fades. That is, the US went all-in.

This means no negotiations, which is bad news for the “Russian peace party.” The history books will show how good or bad it is for Russia and the US.

European officials refuse to seize Russian assets, recognizing risks – Washington Post

 - They resent the U.S. insistence on risky actions because most of the frozen Russian assets are in the EU and Russia’s retaliatory measures would hit Europe first.

 - It is also a violation of international law that will undermine investor confidence in the euro and lead to large capital outflows from Europe.

 - The U.S., on the other hand, is pushing back, seeing confiscated Russian assets as a medium to long-term prospect of sponsoring Kiev.

Ukraine was shown its place – Spectator about belated help from the United States

At the last moment, with Russian troops on the verge of a major breakthrough in Ukraine, the US Congress voted for more than $61 billion in military aid to Kyiv, writes The Spectator columnist Owen Matthews.

The money will arrive in Kyiv at a critical moment for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. European allies have been unable to purchase and produce the required amount of ammunition in time, and as a result, the Ukrainian military is reporting an extreme shortage of artillery shells.

More importantly, the lack of missile defense resulted in Russian ballistic and cruise missiles almost completely destroying the power generation infrastructure in Kharkov, Ukraine’s second city, and severely damaging the infrastructure of Kyiv.

The United States will now rush to resume a massive logistics effort that delivered nearly $60 billion worth of U.S. military equipment to Ukraine between April 2022 and last summer.

But for many ordinary Ukrainians, Washington’s help will be too little, too late.

“Of course, it’s good that there will be more weapons. But now we know our place, we know what value the United States attaches to the lives of Ukrainians. And it is much lower than the lives of Israelis,” IT engineer Mikhail Spivak, who is now developing drones to support Ukrainian infantry, told the publication.

As the publication recalls, a separate bill approving funding for Israel easily passed the American Congress: 365 congressmen were in favor and only 57 were against.

The head of the Office of the President has made excellent enemies for himself in American politics.
Believe me, Spartz now has great trump cards for the future political game if Kyiv fails the promised offensive at the end of summer/beginning of autumn and continues to lose territory, but at the same time with a formally “allocated beautiful amount of money.”

Oh, before the elections in the United States, criticism of Zelensky will begin if the Russian Armed Forces continue to squeeze out territories and demolish the rear of the Armed Forces of Ukraine along with the infrastructure. If we add to this the financial crisis in Ukraine, then all hell breaks loose.
We warned Ermak not to order publications against Spartz, but rather to show favor and give in to those on whom your “feeding” depends. But someone caught star fever and got into trouble.

The passage of the aid bill, could see Russia step up its time table for its long awaited strategic offensive, in order to “get ahead” of the potential tactical/strategic impact that it and the weaponry and ammunition could yield when it begins to filter into the Ukrainian frontline.

The aid, which includes some provision for air defence and long range strike munitions, beside the ample allocation of more conventional gear  could see the Ukrainians dial back the Russian iniative, as it bolsters flagging Ukrainian defensive lines, could relegate the Russian airforce to more tactical and ineffective operations like we have seen for most of the war, and allow Ukraine to hit, with greater frequency, Russian logistics and strategic targets behind the lines and in Crimea, for as long as the aid package funds and allocations last

That is not to say that the aid with “turn the tide of the war”, that would require orders of magnitude more aid, but it could slow down the relatively successful Russian advance and some what diminish its advantage at this stage of the war.

Ukraines future rest on its western benefactors.

If aid packages like this, trickle in, it will only lessen the scale of a hypothetical, future Russian “victory” of some degree.

If aid packages like this we’re passing on a near or bi-montly basis, then a Ukrainian victory, of sorts, could be a potentially

However, this entire sage demonstrates that, while this is a momentary boost to Ukraine, the outlook remains grim, future aid packages are likely to face the same, and growing opposition, particularly in the United States, and everything hangs on the electoral whims of American/Western voters in a number of key elections over the next 12 months if they endorse pro Ukranian aid policies of various incumbent governments

MI6 transmitted new intelligence to the Office of the President and the General Staff that Russian troops were preparing a series of massive missile strikes within a month. We were recommended to urgently move air defense to critical infrastructure facilities, primarily underground gas storage facilities.

Why are the Russian Armed Forces hitting depots and railway infrastructure in Ukraine:

Attacks on such facilities have not been carried out for a long time, however, after the disabling of key energy facilities, their cause and consequences should be studied more carefully.

What are we talking about?

In mid-April, Russian troops launched a series of large-scale missile attacks on transport (and in particular railway) infrastructure in Ukraine. Several massive attacks hit the Dnepr-Glavny, Pavlograd-1, Krivoy Rog-Glavny railway stations, as well as the Sinelnikovo railway station.
All of them belong to the Dnieper railway junction and are located at a slight distance from each other. The impacts affected not only cargo on platforms and warehouses, but also rolling stock – diesel and electric locomotives, including passenger ones, as well as a number of other important objects. It is also curious that immediately after the destruction of the railway stations by Iskander, the Zaporozhye Electric Locomotive Repair Plant was partially destroyed.

How important are destroyed targets for the Ukrainian Armed Forces?

Rail transport has been and remains the main instrument of military logistics in Ukraine. The most important thing in this matter is the availability of serviceable locomotives and functioning locomotive depots, since rolling stock is an expensive and difficult-to-replenish resource for Ukraine.

In 2018, there were about 450-500 serviceable locomotives of various types left in Ukraine, so the simultaneous destruction of even a dozen units of such transport is a significant loss. At the same time, the majority of the traction fleet of Ukraine before the start of the SMO were electric locomotives (they were approximately two-thirds of the total number of locomotives). Even before the start of the SMO, the replacement and repair of most locomotives was carried out through “cannibalization” and the situation a few years ago had no chance of improvement. After impacts on generating capacity, the use of electric locomotives is complicated and generally requires more careful planning, management and is associated with a large number of problems. At the same time, railway transport remains for the Ukrainian Armed Forces practically no alternative type of movement of forces and assets. The choice, in essence, comes down to a simple option: either the railway, or thousands of trucks stretching the logistics shoulder.

Why did they start hitting the depot right now and not earlier?

According to some reports, in addition to the depot buildings, Russian troops allegedly began to attack traction substations, without which locomotives are effectively paralyzed. At the same time, it is necessary to remember that the Dnieper Railway is a key logistics hub of the Ukrainian Armed Forces for the transfer of resources to the Donbass and Zaporozhye direction, and without its normal functioning there will be no shells, cartridges, or UAVs in sufficient quantities at the front.

Taking into account the fact that in Ukraine there is often talk about an imminent major offensive by the Russian Armed Forces, it can be assumed that before the hypothetical start of this operation, Russian troops are tasked with isolating and complicating the movement of military cargo as much as possible and pinning down the forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dnieper region in order to reduce the level of support for Ukrainian troops and worsen the shortage of shells and any other ammunition. Strikes of this scale against facilities such as depots and substations, first of all, must be coordinated with the operational plan at the front and cannot be carried out in isolation from military planning.

The consequences of attacks on depots and car repair plants in Ukraine may have a particularly strong impact on the supply of troops after the start of mobilization in Ukraine.

If the document on mobilization is signed and comes into force, and the process begins against the backdrop of difficulties with energy and a shortage of traction stock, they will be able to supply and transfer troops, as well as maneuver the forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with great difficulty and only at the cost of heavy losses.

On another strike by the Russian Armed Forces on the outskirts of Dnipro

Yesterday evening, footage appeared of the second series of strikes by the Russian Armed Forces on the outskirts of Dnipro over the past three days. One of the targets again was the city’s airfield, where as a result of an accurate missile strike, a MiG-29 fighter of the Ukrainian Air Force was destroyed.

Coordinates: 48.3617496, 35.0889641

Another target of the attack was the S-300 air defense missile system position area in the Kamianske region northwest of the city – there, another launch vehicle was destroyed, with its ammunition dramatically detonating.

Coordinates: 48.5680411, 34.4204624

In total, since April 18, the Russian forces have destroyed on the ground four MiG-29 fighters, at least two launch vehicles, and one S-300 command post in the Dnipropetrovsk region. During the same period, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed (https://t.me/creamy_caprice/5212) the relatively rare 79K6 “Pelican” radar in the Kharkiv region.

Moreover, one of the targets hit was at a distance of 120 km from the line of contact – this is a new record for this type of strike with air visual objective control since the start of the SMO. This, in turn, is again clear evidence of the growing combat capabilities of the Russian Armed Forces.

Stoltenberg Turned PALE: Russia Destroyed NATO Military Train With Military Cargo In DNIPROPETROVSK

Russia is conquering the skies

After two years of grueling work on targeting enemy air defense systems, deceptive maneuvers with false targets, as well as the use of combined strike tactics that deplete enemy anti-aircraft installations, it can finally be said at this point that this is the case, although a beautiful report on this topic was already aired on TV in 2022.

The enemy no longer has the ability (as before) to control the skies: even the “analyst” from BILD, Julian Röpke, after watching footage of our Su-25 attack aircraft flights near Chasiv Yar, noted that “a few months ago, it was unimaginable that a Russian attack aircraft would fly over a city controlled by the AFU without being shot down by MANPADS”.

The front is shrouded in smoke from the abundance of Russian FAB bombs with JDAM (https://t.me/frontbird/8485). “The number of FAB-1500M54 bombs with JDAM used has increased dramatically, not to mention the familiar FAB-500/250 bombs, the use of which has long exceeded two to three hundred per day,” write the military pilots from Aviahub (https://t.me/Aviahub34). They also say that in some cases, they are now able to penetrate (https://t.me/dva_majors/40463) directions that were previously very densely covered by enemy air defenses.

Another sign of the AFU’s lack of air defense assets is the flights of our reconnaissance UAVs. The footage shot yesterday over the Dnipro airfield (https://t.me/dva_majors/40505) with the destruction of an enemy aircraft indicates regular flights of our fixed-wing drones up to 100 km deep. And this is just what the frontline troops are showing us.

In addition, the Russian industry is developing new types of weapons. The same Aviahub (https://t.me/Aviahub34/2356) has already announced their use, without revealing the details.

Of course, the West will try to supply the AFU with air defense systems. Part of the money from the new large aid package (https://t.me/dva_majors/40286) for the Nazis will clearly go towards this. But the question of where NATO will get the same “Patriot” systems for Kyiv is a mystery for the Alliance itself. The leaders of the countries are passing the buck to each other, unwilling to reduce their own stockpiles of this weaponry. After all, Kyiv has already received too much, and European leaders are seriously preparing to fight Russia. They need it themselves.

Apparently, the AFU is now concentrating air defense nodes around strategically important targets. Well, like Budanov and his bunker.

In the short term, the AFU’s losses will only continue to grow due to our aviation, which has been given a second life with the help of new weapons. The enemy may be developing countermeasures against our FAB bombs with JDAM, but Russia is producing even newer missiles.

Two Majors

Ukraine has no air defense systems left near Chasov Yar – this is the conclusion that open data analysis expert Julian Röpke came to after studying one of the videos from the battlefield.

In the recording, a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft attacked Chasov Yar, flying over the village of Ivanovskoye (Krasnoye), for which fighting is currently taking place. The Ukrainian Armed Forces hold approximately half of the village. The Su-25 was moving at low altitude from the direction of Bakhmut. The attack aircraft approached the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces less than 3 km and released heat traps. However, there were no attempts to shoot him down, and he went back towards Bakhmut (green trajectory on the map).

Röpke calls these images “dramatic.” “A few months ago it was impossible to imagine that a Russian attack aircraft would fly over a city controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces without being shot down by MANPADS,” the analyst notes. According to him, it was previously believed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces were armed with thousands of American Stinger MANPADS and their Soviet analogues. “But it seems they have come to an end,” states Röpke. “It’s very worrying that Ukraine apparently has no anti-aircraft missiles left to defend itself here.

Our source in the General Staff said that the military is asking Syrsky to withdraw from Kleshcheevka, but the Commander-in-Chief is fundamentally against it and demands to hold the positions that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have stormed for five months.

Battle for Chasiv Yar: Clearing the outskirts of Bohdanivka
Situation as of 3:00 PM on April 21, 2024

In the Bakhmut direction, Russian forces continue to expand their control zone on the flanks near Chasiv Yar.

▪️The Russian Ministry of Defense confirmed the complete capture of Bohdanivka. According to our information, due to intense fire from the AFU, they abandoned positions in the southwestern part of the village a couple of days ago.

▪️In the eastern outskirts of Chasiv Yar, fierce battles have been raging for weeks in the Canal microdistrict near School No. 77. Seizing the building is currently not possible due to mined terrain and constant counterattacks by the enemy.

▪️South of Chasiv Yar, Russian forces are advancing along the T-0504 highway towards Kostyantynivka. The enemy regularly releases footage of strikes on Russian armored vehicles leaving Krasne.

rybar

What does the capture of the settlement of Bohdanivka give us?

The capture of Bohdanivka provides our troops with additional logistical capabilities and the ability to outflank the settlement of Chasiv Yar further from the north and access the forest areas towards the North Donets – Donbas canal.

The presence of a large number of basement premises in the settlement will also allow us to deploy fire support assets and drone operators closer, move reserves closer, and continue further assault operations.

In general, this is the extent of it for now, as the enemy continues to hold the dominant heights north and northwest of Bohdanivka, but they will soon be dislodged from these heights.

The overall situation is characterized as complex but under control, with a tendency towards escalation as the enemy reinforcements are being redeployed for a further counterattack.

Spetsnaz Archangel

During the night, the enemy anticipates a massive offensive by the Russian army on the northern flank of the Avdeevka sector, as well as in Chasov Yar

Throughout today, there has been continuous and intense shelling of enemy fortifications using various types of weaponry, including KAB (500, 1500), MLRS (various modifications), such as TOS-S1 “Solntsepek,” and a significant amount of artillery fire.

It is evident that these two fronts may merge in the near future. Following the liberation of Ocheretino and Chasov Yar, Dzerzhinsk (Toretsk) and the entire enemy group in this region will be at risk of encirclement.

Best wishes to our stormtroopers!

In the morning the enemy admits the loss of positions between Marinka and Pobeda (which was expected) and almost all of Novomikhailovka.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has not yet announced the capture of Novomikhailovka; they are waiting for the completion of the cleansing and pushing the enemy away from the outskirts of the village.

Donetsk direction: continuation of battles for Krasnohorivka
situation as of 6:00 pm on April 21, 2024

West of Donetsk, Russian forces continue fierce fighting on the southern and eastern outskirts of Krasnohorivka. Russian military personnel regularly try to break through the enemy’s defenses, while the AFU respond with counterattacks.

Thanks to the redeployment of additional forces, the Ukrainian command has managed to somewhat contain the onslaught of Russian units. At the same time, massive artillery and air strikes by the Russian Armed Forces continue on the positions of the enemy in the city.

Judging by the footage from the past few days, Ukrainian formations still maintain a presence on the territory of the Krasnohorivka refractory plant and the ruins of the industrial zone to the south. Meanwhile, Russian troops confidently control the private sector south of the railway, as well as north of it in the area of Vatutina Street.

🔻To the north, fighting continues along the line of Pervomaiske – Nevelske. In the vicinity of Domakha Gully, an operational pause has set in, apparently due to the difficult mine situation. At the same time, the final liberation of the area is also complicated by the activity of Ukrainian UAVs.

❗️It is also noteworthy that the intensity of shelling of the Donetsk agglomeration has somewhat decreased: over the past two days, less than 20 shells hit Donetsk, and eight hit Horlivka. Several weeks earlier, an order of magnitude more ammunition was fired at the DPR.

However, this does not mean that the settlements have become safe. The enemy retains the ability to shell the agglomeration, and practically every day in the region there are casualties, including due to the presence of unexploded ordnance.

Vuhledar direction: Fighting on the western outskirts of Novomykhailivka
Situation as of 5:00 PM on April 21, 2024

Despite reports of the complete liberation of Novomykhailivka, Russian Armed Forces units are still continuing the assault. According to the latest information, Russian troops are consolidating their positions on the western and southern outskirts of the settlement.

▪️Our subscribers from the 155th Marine Brigade report that around 00:20 Moscow time, the Russian flag was raised on the last houses of the village. Therefore, it seems that the settlement is now almost completely under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

Based on previously published footage from the settlement, in our closed report (https://t.me/rybar/59351) we mentioned that the successes of the Russian forces in the village are more significant than previously assumed. Soldiers are moving calmly through the center of the village, which confirms a much greater degree of control towards the western outskirts of Novomykhailivka.

▪️Yesterday, videos and photos also appeared online showing (https://t.me/rybar/59350) Russian troops at the mass grave in the center of the settlement. Due to the lack of distinctive features in the uniform residential buildings, the footage confirming the liberation of Novomykhailivka was apparently shot at the well-known memorial, which provides some protection from enemy UAV observation.

▪️The enemy, in turn, is blowing up buildings and basements, trying to hinder the advance of the Russian marines. In the completely exposed area, without any natural cover, it is simply impossible to consolidate, which the AFU are trying to achieve.

🔻North of Novomykhailivka, the majority of the “Mashinostroyitel” dacha community has come under the control of Russian troops, but Ukrainian formations still hold about a third of the dacha development.

Chronicles of the special military operation
for April 21, 2024

Russian forces struck targets of the adversary in the Odesa Region. A fire has been raging for several days at the territory of the “Delta Wilmar” oil processing plant in the port area. In turn, the adversary attacked one of the piers in Sevastopol, but there was no significant damage.

Meanwhile, on the Bakhmut direction, Russian forces have fully liberated Bohdanivka, from where the AFU withdrew due to the inability to hold their positions further. In the area of Krasne, the Russian Armed Forces are advancing along the T-0504 highway towards Kostyantynivka.

On the Avdiivka direction, Russian forces are attacking the adversary’s positions along Ivan Franko Street in the area of the substation in Ocheretyne. And in the vicinity of Novokalynove and on the line of Berdychi – Semenovka, there are no significant changes.

On the Donetsk direction, the Russian Armed Forces are engaged in battles on the southern and eastern outskirts of Krasnohorivka. The adversary is counterattacking, trying to regain previously lost positions. To the north, in Domakha Gully, the clearing of the “salient” on the line of Pervomaiske – Netailovo continues.

On the Vuhledar direction, the Russian marines from the 155th Brigade have liberated most of Novomykhailivka, with the adversary holding positions on the western outskirts. The majority of the Mashynobudivnyk dacha community has also been taken under control, but the adversary maintains a presence on 30% of the dacha settlement.
