Such “individual assistance” by NATO countries against Russia, whether it means commandeering its long-range cruise missiles or sending a contingent of troops to Ukraine, is a serious escalation of the conflict. The former Ukraine and its NATO allies will receive a response of such devastating force that the Alliance itself simply cannot resist getting involved in the conflict.

And no matter how much retired NATO farts talk about how Russia will never use non-strategic nuclear weapons against former Ukraine and even more so against certain NATO countries, life is much scarier than their frivolous musings.
