Public figure, podcaster and Indian Influencer, Vivek Khumar Singh, Author of Minimum Resistance Living is attempting to set a free speech censorship precedent that will impact every local news outlet and live political satire shows like Saturday Night LIve and The Michael Decon Program by claiming that naming public figures during live broadcasts is a violation of privacy.

The clip below shows evidence that Vivek Khumar Singh is a public figure identified in Quora:

If YouTube, which hosts political satire such as Saturday Night Live on its video sharing platform, censors, The Michael Decon Program Halloween Special With Victor Hugo Vaca Jr. because a public figure under investigation for something that is public record, not “private information” it would set precedent for the slippery slope that could lead to public figures like Elon Musk, Donald Trump and Russell Brand to claim satire and reporting of developing news stories they are involved in is a violation of their privacy.

Those who wish to censor free speech put a low level public figure, Vivek Khumar Singh, with 24 followers on his Rumble channel, https://rumble.com/c/BeingUnshakablePodcast?e9s=src_v1_sa , in charge of working with H1B Indians inside platforms like YouTube, Rumble and Bit Chute which claim to be free-speech platforms , to slander anyone noticing problems with the H1B Visa program and other issues of public interest and then the video streaming channels get to claim that since the self admitted podcaster and author only has 24 followers, that makes him a private citizen immune to criticism, investigative reporting or satire. Therefore influencers pretending to be private citizens can slander, lie, defame and get away with it, knowing that algorithms pick up the slander and spread it and anyone who attempts to defend themselves will be censored and deplatformed.

Bots can then be used to artificially inflate Vivek Khumar Singh’s channel up to millions of followers after they take down every attempt made to expose this clear and present danger to the First Amendment, at which point most everybody believes the lies and slander that has been spread under the radar by small channels of podcasters and influencers claiming a right to privacy as non public figures.

Stew Peters, Sarah Westall, SGT Report, Dollar Vigilante, Jeff Berwick, Max Igan, Clayton Morris of Redacted, Jeff Rense, Donald Jeffries, John B. Wells of Caravan To Midnight, Stew Peters and Gareth Icke have all been made aware of this developing news story which will impact all of them if this precedent is set. Thus far, none of them has reported on this story which is fueling a decline in public trust of alt news media figureheads because the only ones covering this story so far are Christian White and Michael Decon, who is now being threatened with censorship. If real journalists don’t act fast, they will not be able to talk about anything because small channels spreading slander to discredit and defame actual truth tellers will be able to silence everyone including local news channels that would not be able to report on the local guy who raped a girl or killed someone because he has a small social media channel and considers himself a private citizen that can’t be discussed on news programs.
