Liars are Calling for a Constitutional Convention… again!

Here we go again. You are being alerted because we are facing an extraordinary national crisis by politicians who want to call a Constitutional Convention. We are in BIG trouble if that happens! If a federal convention is summoned, instead of proposing amendments to our existing Constitution, they can write a completely new Constitution! Do you really want to let go of our precious U.S. Constitution and open a Pandora’s Box???

Daniel Webster said this long ago: 

“Hold fast, my friends, to the Constitution and to the Republic for which it stands — for miracles do not cluster, and what has happened once in 6,000 years may not happen again.  Hold fast to the Constitution, for if the American Republic should ever fail, there will be chaos throughout the world.”

After all the trauma we have been through in 2020, the bad players are still trying to beat us down and deceive us once again. The same old group/pawns/players/globalists are calling to rewrite and replace our U.S. Constitution! They are telling lies stating that the answer to this country’s problems would be to call a federal Constitutional Convention/Con Con. We are always promised that we will be better off. Unfortunately, here’s what the deceitful Republican Rep. Bruce Cozart just released from Hot Springs in January 2021:

Friends, Family and my fellow Countrymen:

Do not despair, God is still on the Throne.

Tomorrow I will begin an all out campaign to call for an immediate “Constitutional Convention”.

For Arkansas Legislators to prepare for said Convention by coordinating with like minded States and putting proposed Ammendments together and proactively inviting and encouraging other States to join the “Call”. This is both a legal and peaceful remedy for the current state of affairs.

In the event a Convention of States is not on the schedule within 12 months, I will ask our State Legislators and Governor to join other States to secede from the Union and prepare the Declaration accordingly.

Meanwhile and immediately, I will ask the Governor and Legislators to make Arkansas a Second Amendment Sanctuary State.

These steps are necessary and required before any consideration of using force to accomplish the goals of restoring our Nation to it’s fundamental and Constitutional principals.

All Constitutional citizens must participate in these efforts for there to be any chance of success. If We The People fail to take action, the blame for the loss will lie squarely on us.

I’m asking you all to share this message and to call all our State Legislators and Governor to support these actions. This is a call to action!

Are you kidding? Yes, God IS still on the throne… and yet, the wording of Mr. Cozart’s introduction leading into his alert is misleading. It’s a logical fallacy known as Appeal to Authority, and it can lead the reader to assume what the writer is saying is correct, if one isn’t informed on the subject at hand. In other words, just because God is on the throne doesn’t mean that He supports Mr. Cozart’s anti-Constitution goals or that Mr. Cozart should be using that tactic. Cozart also states that “…this is a legal and peaceful remedy for the current state of affairs.”  

And DO NOT MISS THIS:  he also says “In the event a Convention of States is not on the schedule within 12 months, I will ask our State Legislators and Governor to join other States to secede from the Union and prepare the Declaration accordingly.”

Ridiculous! He’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing and is one of the front men twisting the truth about a federal convention! It’s dangerous, but many evil people and politicians are saying it’s safe and the transition will be peaceful. Believe it not… a federal convention under Article V would open the door for a brand-new constitution to be imposed. That is why you are seeing our enemies of the Constitution demanding an Article V convention.

Look at the crisis and the timing. We believe the time is ripe for the predators waiting to break into and dismantle the U.S. Constitution. Uninformed state legislators and bought off politicians believe – because they’re told by their handlers:

1. that a Constitutional Convention (con-con) can be limited to just one subject;

2. that adding a “balanced budget amendment” will fix the economic problems which all states are facing today; and stop gun disarmament, and

3. even if a total rewrite should happen, “they” would never ratify.

What they are NOT told, in that matter, is that there are two modes of ratification; the U.S. Congress decides which mode will be used; and state legislators can be totally bypassed in favor of “ratifying conventions”!

In case you are a new reader, you need to know that for over 50 years, the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC) and/or the appalling global elite billionaire players have wanted to rewrite/replace our U.S. Constitution! What they consider that “pesky U.S. Constitution” keeps getting in the way of their globalist plans/platform for the New Age agenda to be completed – a New World Order, with a new system of governance finally in place! So, the old Constitution must go, once and for all! Will we lamentably be the last generation to have lived under the protection of the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence?

Remember, we have a republic, if we can keep it. Sorrowfully, we are losing it. Yes… everything for which we have worked… if we don’t get busy and take drastic action very quickly! Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness should mean something to all Americans.

Many of you reading this message are already aware of the dangers of a federal Constitutional Convention (Con-Con); aware of the fact that our constitution has been hanging by a thread due to the highly paid lobbyists lying to legislators for the past nearly fifty years regarding the so-called “safety-mechanism” built into Article V of the Constitution. There is no safety. If thirty-four (34) states pass the resolution, there is no turning back! Once that bridge is burned, it’s over!

For example, here are a few examples of propagandised excuses which politicians used for calling a federal Constitutional Convention over the years in the United States. Notice they always use issues with which people are concerned:

1. Abortion

2. Balance the Budget

3. Term Limits

4. Limit the Power of the Federal Government

5. Gun Confiscation (Like Rep. Cozart is trying to deceive Arkansans with now.)

They want our guns! They cannot get our guns without dismantling our constitution! Will you help?  See State Department Document 7277

These type of beguilers will say and do anything in order to trash our U.S. Constitution! National sovereignty means nothing to them because we have been moving forward to a global government, dear reader!

Attention! Regrettably, in our last Arkansas 2019 Legislative Session, our state passed a traitorous bill that calls for a federal convention. (If you are reading this from another state, take action in your own state by contacting your legislators…immediately!)  

This convention will allow delegates from all over to be gathered together to make the highest known authority in the land! 

Plenipotentiary powers — Delegates to the convention will have absolute powers, called “plenipotentiary powers”, because remember, they (NOT the state legislators) have FULL authority to broker the deal!!! Delegates are NOT under the authority of the states. The states have been totally duped if they think they can control delegates chosen to conduct a FEDERAL convention or pull them back from the convention.

Say goodbye to our country as we once knew and expect a lower standard of living, if a federal convention is convened. No rights, just privileges. If we lose our constitution, we will have lost our country.  You can bet that special interest groups will be represented there, especially with the billionaire global elite bankrolling them.

Remember, a Constitutional Convention (Con-Con) has been introduced in various nefarious forms. (The terms have been recycled and re-used over the years, perhaps in hopes that We the People would “forget” their anti-constitutional agenda.)

What we Americans need to see from our elected politicians is loyalty, allegiance, and devotion to our country.  Instead, we are seeing grubby, greedy lawmakers selling out their country because this big idea of a federal convention is being underwritten by institutions tied to the billionaire global elite, like the Koch brothers, George Soros, Bill Gates, Communist World Leaders, the Council on Foreign Relations members (CFR), the Trilateral Commission (TC), the World Bank, and the World Economic Forum (WEF). They NEED a North American Union (NAU). Therefore, in order to remove our sovereignty and make us a member state, the U.S. Constitution must be eradicated.

Rather, our state legislators need to be joining other states in exposing the election fraud of 2020. At the same time, the state legislators need to repeal all state legislation calling for an Article V Convention of States.

We cannot trust EITHER party, Republican or Democrat. Do you really trust the socialist agenda of China Joe that is in power now to do the right thing? If you do, you are part of the problem and deserve to be a slave of this communist regime. Did you know that the Senate Republicans endorsed Biden’s Deep State picks who will all fall in line with the United Nations? China, the United States, France, England/UK, and Russia are permanent members of the U.N. Security Council.

Betrayal! Treason is the act of betraying your country; or a betrayal of trust.  

Here’s the Article V Convention bill from 2019 exposing all the Arkansas RINO (Republican in Name Only) Republicans that sponsored or co-sponsored this vile piece of legislation for a treacherous federal convention to be assembled! 

CALL TO ACTION: Contact your Arkansas State legislators, and tell them you want them to repeal and deny any application requiring a federal convention.

In other states, you’ll need to contact your own state legislators and ask them NOT to apply to call an Article V (Article Five) federal convention. Also, for any states that have already applied for a federal convention, ask your legislators to repeal it.
This legislation may come under several names, such as:  Constitutional Convention, Con Con, Article V (Article Five) Convention, and Convention of States.

Moreover, it’s so powerful that the United Nations (One World Government) can’t quite take this country down unless our constitution is replaced. Our U.S. Constitution is currently holding back communism and is protecting our rights and amendments, and our generation living in America MUST resolve to keep it in place! We must keep living as free souls under God.
