I have a lot of pets on cold nights we are all warm under the blankets You will need to protect your pipes i use pool noodles from the dollar store and i am sure everyone knows to leave a little water running to keep the pipes from freezing. BREAD, MILK, EGGS – When I first moved to the South I though everyone loved FRENCH TOAST! It’s gonna storm, let’s make French toast!

For those without a generator or fireplace, designate one room to sleep in as a family. Clear out the furniture and pitch a tent. Cover it with blankets for insulation. Use weather proofing plastic and duct tape to cover any windows. Towels to fill any doorway drafts. Dress in layers. Burn candles and/hot hands as needed. Safely designate an area where a pot of boiled water can release some steam for humidity. You can also poor hot/warm water in empty water bottles and wrap them with towels or linen to place around your sleeping sight.
