The lockdowns made my family lose too many jobs, and we were just beginning to build our small family. We can barely eat, it kills us to do basic maintenance on our cars or ourselves. Anytime we need a tooth fixed or an oil change it takes us six months to catch up. I can’t imagine how much harder it will get. I have no hope that my dreams can ever be supported in this country, or anywhere. My heart is broken, but I do what I can to keep my family from suffering. It’s all I can do.
