RDI - Reading Int'l reports on information disclosed at Annual Meeting

In an unprecedented move by Reading International (A-RDI), the company issued a press release and 8-K providing substantial detail on the certain information disclosed at last week’s Annual Meeting in response to shareholder questions by Mr. Cotter and/or Mr. Matyczynski. Reading’s 8-K press release exhibit can be found and printed at sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/716634/000071663411000012/exhibit99_1.htm

This company release provides substantially greater detail to that which I summarized in my recent Seeking Alpha article entitled:

In particular, information on plans and offers for many of Reading’s real estate parcels, including major Cinema 1,2,3 and Union Square parcels in New York City were disclosed.Furthermore, prospective values for portions of Reading’s substantial undeveloped Burwood property in Melbourne were disclosed.
