Acadiana Area Church Announces Completion Of Their Lafayette LA Location On Johnston Street
Nick Carroll, the lead pastor of OSC Midtown invites the community to join them as Our Savior’s Church continues their mission of “Reaching People and Building Lives” in the Acadiana area with the opening of their fourth location right in the heart of Lafayette on Johnston Street.
LAFAYETTE, LA (MMD Newswire) October 14, 2015 — This weekend, Our Savior’s Church will begin having services at its newest location, Midtown, located on Johnston Street between Brother’s and Lafayette Music. Service times will be at 9AM and 11AM Sunday morning. This location, like the others, will be a life-giving, Christ-centered, dynamic worship environment for the entire family complete with live worship and preaching for adults and engaging, age-specific environments for children ages 6 weeks through 8th grade.
Our Savior’s Church acquired the location, formerly Emmanuel Church, in the Spring of 2015. The facility has been completely remodeled and has upgraded technology in every area and is now ready to serve the community.
Our Savior’s Church, one church with many locations, began with a single location in Broussard founded by Pastor Jacob and Michelle Aranza in 1998. Since that time, the non-denominational congregation has begun locations in South Lafayette, Opelousas and now in the center of Lafayette. The church has grown to over 6,000 in attendance at now 10 weekend services across four locations. Pastor Jacob and Michelle Aranza remain the Senior Pastors of the church and each location has a Lead Pastor providing leadership at the location level. Lafayette native, Pastor Nick Carroll and wife, Rachel, are the Lead Pastors of the Midtown location.
