Cascade Drilling L.P. Completes Acquisition of ARS Technologies, Inc.
Woodinville, WA (MMD Newswire) October 1, 2015 — Cascade Drilling, L.P. (Cascade) is pleased to announce the acquisition of ARS Technologies, Inc. (ARS). With this acquisition, Cascade continues to provide the most advanced sustainable remediation solutions to meet the demands of the most complex in situ remediation projects for our clients.
ARS is a world leader in environmental fracturing and injection with over 25 years of industry-wide experience. Since pioneering fracturing in the environmental industry in the early 1990′s , ARS has developed widespread commercial experience developing and applying innovative in situ treatment processes for soil and groundwater remediation. This includes the proprietary and patented Pneumatic Fracturing, Atomized Injection and Ferox™ ZVI in situ treatment processes. These technologies have resulted in numerous awards and recognition both domestically and internationally as a state-of-the-art technology in the industry. In addition to its in situ remediation services, ARS is highly experienced in environmental drilling and sampling including sonic, direct push, and hollow stem auger technologies.
