Award Winning SwerV Records CEO Michael Weist Announces Newest Project

Good Times Entertainment founder and CEO Michael Weist (@TheMichaelWeist) launched SwerVRecords in 2014. After much success, he is announcing the signing of his newest talent, Shelby Johnston (@Shelby_Johnston).

Good​ Times Entertainment founder and CEO Michael Weist (@TheMichaelWeist) launched SwerVRecords in 2014, with the initial client of Baylor Barnes, a famous Viner with over 6.5 million followers. After much success with his label, Michael has announced the signing of his newest talent, Shelby Johnston (@Shelby_Johnston). Shelby is a very young musician from Nashville, TN who gained attention after winning 1st Chair in All-State choir. Soon after, she received a full scholarship to Bethel University for Vocal Performance. Michael discovered Shelby’s talent at a high-school vocal performance. He quickly signed Shelby to a record deal under SwerV Records, the official record label of his company, Good Times Entertainment, LLC. Together, they join award wining engineer and producer, Brent Hendrich in the studio. The album is also said to feature many other Grammy winning producers and engineers in the creation of her debut album, “Twin Lions.” Shelby is scheduled to release a single, “Constellations” from her album soon. According to the SwerV Records website, www.SwerVRecords.com, “Shelby’s projects are currently under development and her debut album will release in 2016.” Everything on the album is being mastered and produced in Nashville, TN. From the album artwork to the mixing on the tracks, the album is expected to top the charts of 2016.
