The House of Bazaar at the Mall of the Emirates collaborated with Nordic Homeworx showcasing one of Nordic’s most exquisite floors in all its beauty.

Two of Dubai’s most famous and respected companies, The House of Bazaar and Nordic Homeworx recently combined their strengths and created a truly spectacular vision in the process. Famed for their high quality wooden flooring in Dubai, Nordic Homeworx has long been a market leader in the industry and has a significant presence globally as well. The specialists in flooring options offer some of the most high-quality, durable and aesthetic floors which have made them a household name. Their Kährs Oak Tide wood flooring was incorporated to The House of Bazaar for the public to see. It will be there until the 15th of October, 2016.

Research showed that 3 out of 5 people were not entirely aware of the impact their floors can have in building the complete picture. This meant that many went for the wrong type completely. Nordic’s research also brought to light the importance of understanding what durable floors mean in terms of both cost and longevity. Furthermore, a significant need to bridge the gap in understanding the difference between solid wood flooring and engineered wood flooring in Dubai was found to be necessary. Key differences between the two have shown a marked influence on the final buying decision.

‘As per our recent market survey, we found that although loved the concept of wood flooring, they did not know entirely what that meant. Just like you need to see tiles setup next to each other to know whether you would like it for your bathroom wall, so you do with floors. Many customers who come to us often do not know what they would like themselves. It is often only through playing around with them laid out do they get an idea. Which is we thought why not one of the most prominent locations, the Mall of the Emirates.
