DENTISTS AT AMERICAN DENTAL CLINIC WARN ABOUT INCREASED TOOTH LOSS

In the wake of alarming new reports that show a steady rise in the number of cases related to tooth loss globally, dentists at American Dental Clinic have released a statement on the same in Dubai. According to their research, tooth loss triggered by tooth decay is now prevalent in Dubai, which is quite negative in terms of dental health. In fact, upon further examination it was found that a large percentage of children below 10 years of age were experiencing tooth loss as well. Needless to say, dental implants in Dubai for them is not an option which leaves the country in a precarious situation. The reasons have been cited to be two main ones including lack of consistent healthy oral practices and reduced visits to the dentist.

When food particles are often not cleansed out properly, plaque formation is inevitable. Which is the primary cause of tooth decay according to dentists in Dubai who further go on to state that should this state of affairs continue, we are looking at a nation of sick people not too far into the future. Given the fact that extremely young children are experiencing tooth decay it is mandatory that something needs to be done. Hence, together with leading experts in the field and a reliable team, American Dental Clinic will be looking to launch a range of awareness programmes in schools and community centres in the near future. These programmes will be designed to help activate a sense of responsibility on both a personal and communal level as well as imparting knowledge. It is hoped that together, they will be able to successfully combat the growing problem.

Today we are all about quick-fixes be it with education or jobs and now it has spread to our health. Which doesn’t work as you can see. Relying on fast-foods and sweets all day everyday is one of the worst things you can do to your teeth and one that cannot be fixed with just veneers in Dubai for example. Strangely, these are also habits we have been taught as children so the fact that we are neglecting them is stunning. We are very much disturbed by the current situation which is why we decided to launch this initiative.
