NEW VISION EYE CENTER’S FIRST WORKSHOP IN THE WORKS

Dubai’s most trusted eye specialist New Vision Eye Center, is gearing up for its first workshop of the year for 2017.

New Vision Eye Center in Dubai is prepping for its first workshop of the year. The clinic spoke of its intentions to keep the workshops flowing in order to keep the community in Dubai educated and aware about its eye health.

The clinic stressed on the importance of regular eye checkups and stated that it would bringing more light to this issue. Over 60% of the population in Dubai has not been to a checkup in over 2 years, which is an alarming statistic. According to New Vision Eye Center, many of the problems they see have stemmed from a lack of attention which has caused the issue to spiral out of control. This often means that they have to resort to more invasive treatment methods such as LASIK in Dubai. The clinic also stated that those with genetic defects were more susceptible to eye health issues, and therefore needed to seek advice more frequently.

LASIK eye surgery in Dubai has gained momentum over the recent past; however, as the clinic points out, it is not a one-stop solution to anything. In fact, not everybody qualifies for the treatment as it has a list of pre-requisites it needs. Hence, 100% dependency is not advised although of course people are more than able to look into the option as a prospective answer.

Many eye problems usually lie dormant for years sometimes, until they begin to show signs. Once they do, this is usually an indication that things are already quite serious. Although we naturally go out of our way to offer our patients the best possible treatment options available, we often tell them that it would have been a lot easier to treat, had they diagnosed the issue before.
