Over the last week, Saj Bistro which is one of Dubai’s leading Lebanese restaurants, discussed its plans for the New Year; and authenticity was at the top of the list. Aside from a wide range of delectable dishes lined up to join their already extensive menu, the restaurant firmly re-iterated its stance on providing quality, authentic food continuously.

Re-producing local dishes can be daunting, mainly because such dishes need to always link back to their roots.
