Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce Celebrates Grand Opening of Artisan Kaiser

Bakery/Sandwich Shop Was Born out of a Hobby

On Monday, September 18, the Greater Patchogue Chamber of Commerce celebrated the grand opening of Artisan Kaiser with a ribbon cutting that was attended by local elected officials, Chamber members, Artisan Kaiser employees and village business owners. The restaurant is located on 16 Havens Avenue in Patchogue.

“We are very excited to be here in Patchogue,” said Artisan Kaiser Co-Owner Frank Dalba, Jr. “Thank you for having us.”

Artisan Kaiser is a limited-menu bakery and sandwich shop that primarily sells hand-tied Kaiser rolls that are made in-house. The menu also offers premium sandwiches, soups, and salads.

The idea for this place came from a hobby that Artisan Kaiser Co-Owner Paul Hess enjoyed. “He did a little cooking and baking for fun,” Mr. Dalba said. “Now his hobby has turned into this.”

Mr. Dalba said Patchogue was the ideal location for his shop. “We wanted to be part of a community that’s interesting and entertaining,” he said. “Patchogue is the place to be.”
