Hey Everyone!  Cyrellys here with very important relay requesting immediate assistance from members of the Liberty Community who might be able to assist my good friend Susan Lindauer.  She’s in a race against time to financially save her home.  She has outlined what she’s trying to do below.  She’s so close to having it done!  The total amount she’s trying to raise is roughly $3000 but $500 of that is critically important between now and Tuesday.  Please read her message!  We need her back on her feet and in the fight!

This is truth activist, Susan Lindauer, radio host on Truth Frequency Radio. I’m  asking Cyrellys Gebhandach and Quintas Dias to share this message in the liberty community, and I’d appreciate very much if you would share it in your circles.

Many of you know that I’ve suffered intense financial hardships over the years as a consequence of my intelligence work involving Iraq & 9/11, and my subsequent arrest on the Patriot Act and detention on Carswell Air Force Base without a trial or HEARING. At one point my uncle, who is an attorney trying to arrange a settlement to get me the hell out of there, drove 700 miles from Illinois to see me–and the sentry at the base denied I was a prisoner, or the existence of a prison on the base. Literally, on the THIRD TRY, Judge Mukasey was forced to order U.S. Marshals to stand by to escort my attorney/family Uncle for a visit. 

I was called traitorous, incompetent & crazy. I wear it all with pride, but my working life got pretty much blown up.

I filed bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure sale of my house.  At the same time, I started renovating the top floor of my house into a separate apartment, so I can manage the mortgage payments going forward. My family worships at the altar of Dick Cheney and Zionist Israel. They refuse to help me at all.  

I hope you will not object that I need to ask for your help so I can finish up the apartment. I’m at the finish line, but it’s not done yet.

Here’s an update:

1.  I’m at the stage now where bankruptcy court is ordering me to restart my mortgage by making TWO payments NO LATER THAN TUESDAY. 

2.   Right now I’m short $500 on the second payment. I’m SOOOO close, but the mortgage company won’t accept a dollar less than the full amount for TWO checks.

3.   My attorney is negotiating a LOAN MODIFICATION with the mortgage holder. That will permanently reduce my monthly payments.

4.   Key to my success is a new top floor apartment that I’m finishing up. The combined rental income from my basement apartment and my top floor will give me enough $$$ to pay the mortgage EVERY MONTH, like a real person!  I am pretty much blacklisted from work because of my old fight with the Feds.  

5.   The Kitchen is the only thing left to do. I paid for the cabinets & the stove/countertops/sink. 

6.   BUT I must pay the contractor for INSTALLATION of the cabinets, countertops, plumbing for the sink, electrical, drywall patch. In my area, that’s got a price of about $2,500. 

7.   The cabinet installation starts TUESDAY this week.

8.    As soon as it’s done, I’ve got a GREAT new tenant. She works at a professional Nurse Association 10 minutes from our house. Her previous landlord says she’s spotlessly clean. She wants to move in ASAP, because she’s got flooding problems in her basement apartment, and she’s thrilled this is top floor. Her outgoing landlord is sad to see her go, because she takes care of everything so well. (A perfect tenant for a brand new kitchen).  Her deposit already paid for the cabinets.  I’m stretching every $$$ soooo far. 

9.   Again, once the kitchen is up and running, the rents from the basement & the top floor together will cover the mortgage every month, with some $$$ left over for the bills.  

I’m in the very last phase of bootstrapping myself up– I need $500 for the mortgage. JOY!

Then I need $2,500 to pay for the kitchen installation.

It’s not a killer. It would mean that I will have the capacity to go forth and survive with nobody to help me. My basement apartment was the best and smartest thing I ever did, and this top floor apartment will double my income.  But it’s GOT to be finished!

I’m SOOO CLOSE.  I’m asking for donations from the liberty community, as people who understand the cost of truth. I assure you all that helping me now, to any degree that you are capable, will put me on a foothold to survive perpetually on a severely constrained income.
