Podcaster Tim Ozman of Infinite Plane Media to Sue FlatEarthLunacy.com for Defamation

Ozman Demands Jury Trail. Civil Suit Expected to take place in fall 2021

Albuquerque, New Mexico —-06/28/2021 — Tim Ozman, host and podcaster at Infinite Plane Radio decided to sue cyberbully website FlatEarthLunacy.com for defamation. This cyberbully is rumored to have harassed over 300 victims and is now a possible target of a civil suit. Several defamatory posts targeting Tim Ozman and Infinite Plane Media have been posted on Flatearthlunacy.com with the latest suggesting that Tim Ozman is a part of a lawsuit which is aimed at Michael Marshalek. This lawsuit has been dismissed stating lack of merit. This goes to show that Flatearthlunacy.com does not investigate their claims properly and that this is a deliberate attempt intending towards malicious defamation of character. A letter was served upon the cyberbully site to cease and desist the unlawful slander with a personal objective of increasing popularity and profits of the site.

The cyberbully site has engaged on several occasions spreading false and destructive rumors including the accusations that Tim Ozman was fired by the employer. Whoever is responsible for these rumors must comply with the cease and desist letter within 24 hours and in case the individual fails to comply, those who have filed the lawsuit are entitle to seek monetary damages and relief for defamation. Further charges and legal action will also be pursued in case of non-compliance. Podcasting is here to stay and Tim Ozman has been a bold and daring podcaster for over 4 years now. Tim might have made few detractors but this cyberbully has gone too far by sending nasty emails to Tim’s employers, friends and listeners. This law suit hopefully brings the cyberbully to his senses and put an end to other victims falling into trap.
