It’s 2017 and 2 days from black history month and the First Amendment Rights, Equality and Justice you fought and gave your life for are still just an illusion and still being violated by the very people who swore to protect us. There is no one who truly cares beyond their own political agenda’s and loyalties.
Never in my life has your words “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” Resonated and illuminated so clearly to me than in the Spoilation action of taking goods or property from somewhere by illegal or unethical means of my Unpublished Work to acquire, create and control it with the illegal law HB 2793 and with the passing of The Texas Citizens Participation Act to keep anyone assisting me hopefully keeping me out of court. So I stand alone with the love of my family, friends and your words of faith fighting to make a difference!!

But, I have the power of my God, the truth and irrefutable documentation. I have been fighting a fight not just for my Human and Civil Rights under the United States Constitution. I tried through both terms of the first black president in history Barack Obama and Change.org his format for change up until the last day he left office asking that he Envoke my rights under the Eleventh Amendment of the Constitution of the United States to request that the State of Texas, Texas Sure, and all 36 States that implemented it’s policies CEASE AND DESIST and order them to file a Petition For Temporary Restraining Order And Injunction To Enjoin Interference With Property Rights. Something that as POTUS under the Constitution Of The United States he should have done without fail or excuses!! the law should automatically initiate and bring to a public conclusion any and all alleged impropriety!!. We have to hold officials accountable to the same degree and higher as a citizen for all criminal activities. Intentional or otherwise!!
Dr King they have a new truth here known as the “Alternative Facts” That politicians use to validate their deceit. it’s like 1962 all over again and this time they don’t care what the country or the people say!! So everyday that God allows me to rise with your words these thoughts in mind I alone created my own history and civil rights movement. Thank you for showing me how to stand up for what is right peacefully and regardless of the evil that is being perpetrated against you never stoop down to their level, make them accountable and show them through “Moral Suasion” That you stand on the truth of God’s words “You Reap What You Sow” “For the word of the LORD is right; and all his works are done in truth.” So, “With patient and firm determination l press on until every valley of despair is exalted to new peaks of hope, until every mountain of pride and irrationality is made low by the leveling process of humility and compassion; until the rough places of injustice are transformed into a smooth plane of equality of opportunity; and until the crooked places of prejudice are transformed by the straightening process of bright-eyed wisdom.
It has gotten so bad that I know it pains you to see this, But the fidelity of the Constitution and the laws of the United States is worse than it was in the 60′s.
Dr. King I know you Barbara Jordan and Mickey Leeland who are my big brother and sister are watching over me and until my last breath I will forever be indebted to you and grateful for the path you paved with your lives. R.I.P.
