Breaking News: Objection to Protective Order Reveals Government’s Fear of the Court of Public Opinion

During the time that our previous articles, , Three Letter of Support for Ken Cromar Reveal Harassment & Corruption,  DOJ Criminal Conspiracy Revealed at Status Hearing for Ken Cromar Added to Criminal Referral to JAG, and DOJ – Miscarriage of Justice Through Smoke & Mirrors in Case Against Ken Cromar were being published and distributed, the Plaintiff filed an (unserved) Motion for Protective Order asking the court to hide, shield and keep from public view any of the materials (evidence) the plaintiff intends to use in the case against Cromar.

Ken Cromar’s own words best describes the seriousness of the government’s abuse in silencing Cromar’s case from the general public and the court of public opinion. After all, the government does not want to have an informed audience watching over their criminal activities.

Defendant (Ken Cromar) OBEJECTS to Plaintiff in error United States of America’s (not served) “Motion for Protective Order and Authorizing Disclosure of Tax Return Information” and accompanying proposed Order

The DEFENDANT Objects to Plaintiff’s proposed Order requesting that “All of the materials by the United States in preparation for,… any stage of the proceedings in this case…are subject to this protective order and may be used the Defendant solely in connection with the defense of this case, and for no other purpose, ….” This proposed order is rejected by this OBJECTION for the following reasons:

Utah Constitution, Article 1, Section 1 – All persons have the inherent and inalienable right to enjoy and defend their lives and liberties, to acquire, possess and protect property; to worship according to the dictates of their consciences; to assemble peaceably, protest against wrongs, and petition for redress of grievances; to communicate freely their thoughts and opinions, being responsible for that right.

Whereas, it is by the power of the People that our Republic was founded for the protection and benefit of the People: Whereas, it is the People, who by their trust the People authorize proper administration of power to conduct the People’s business by solemn oath of office sworn in allegiance to the Constitution and the state’s Constitutions.  

“There is no stronger link or bond between men that an oath.” (Maxim of Law 84a)

“The Law of God and the Law of the Lord are all one; and both preserve and favor the private rights to the land.” (Maxim of Law – Note: The Law of the land is the Constitution)

Current violations of the Constitution by the IRS, DOJ, and FBI include, but are not limited to in this instant case: When foreign law and foreign agents are allowed to reach into state venue (and vicinage) about any contract, and to affect the person or property of one of the People, the people’s right to life, liberty and property, and to be secure in their homes against unlawful searches and seizures, the elected officials overseeing this unlawful usurpation are in breach of trust and are trespassing the rights of the People.

Past and present application of foreign administrative law and assessment to people of, and within the several states, is inconsistent with the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution and the state Constitutions. These Constitutional trespasses is in this instant case have already been numerous and Defendant OBJECTS to any “Protective” order that would attempt to compromise a complete and open record documenting the trespass and damage to the Defendant, being freely available to all – We the People – the sovereigns to whom this government rightly belongs.

The Defendant (CROMAR) has not suggested that the tax laws should be invalidated, but rather lawfully enforced, and done so without imposing armed terrorist tactics that endanger innocent people and their neighbors.

“A tax law, as it leaves the legislative hand, may not be obnoxious to any challenge; and yet the officers charged with the administration of that valid tax law may so act under it, in the matter of assessment or collection, as to work an illegal trespass upon the property rights of the individual. They may go beyond the powers thereby conferred, and when they do so, the fact they are assuming to act under a valid law will not oust the courts of jurisdiction to restrain their excessive and illegal acts.” Estrada v. Hill, 401 F Supp 429, 434 (N.D. III 1975)) “The main objective of government is the protection and preservation of personal rights, private property, and public liberties, and upholding the Law of God.” (American Maxim)

“We know that the law is good, if one uses it properly. We also know that the law is not made for the righteous, but rather for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful… for slave traders and liars and perjurers; and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine.” (Holy Bible 1 Timothy 1:8-10)(see also Exhibit A – The Word of God from SECOND JUDICIAL NOTICE at Utah Fourth District Court – case #201402860& 68)

“And that law of the land which is constitutional, supporting that principle of freedom in maintaining rights privileges, belongs to all mankind and is justifiable before me. Therefore, I, the Lord, justify you, in befriending that law which is the constitutional law of the land. And pertaining to the law of man, whatsoever is more or less than this cometh of evil. I, the Lord God, make you free, therefore ye are free indeed; and the law also maketh you free. Nevertheless, when the wicked rule the people mourn.” (Ibid – Exhibit A – The word of God – D&C 98:5-9)

Thomas Jefferson understood that the nature of man is to deviate from his duty, and so stated, “In questions of Power let no more be said of confidence in men, but bind them down by their chains of the Constitution.”

Therefore, the Defendant (in error) respectfully OBJECTS any effort by Plaintiff United States of America counsel to cover, hide, or seal, or otherwise “protect” from public scrutiny ANY of the “materials” of the proceeding of this case, including but not limited to, any of the eighteen related cases, containing sometimes fraudulent and criminal actions, the Defendant intends to expose before the People in open court before a 12-man jury of peers. All discovery materials will be necessary to determine which has acted criminally; the Defendant in error Paul-Kenneth; Cromar, or agents and officials of the DOJ, IRS, FBI and Utah state courts and local “law enforcement.” The Defendant has nothing to hide and welcomes the opportunity to expose the sometimes corrupt and criminal actions of a few.

Conclusion

For reasons detailed above, the Defendant in error ©Paul-Kenneth; Cromar™ Executor and heir to the Estate by the same name does respectfully, in honor and the peace of Jesus Christ, does hereby ask this court to DENY the plaintiff UNITED STATES OF AMERICA counsel’s MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER, for good cause, standing for open records in behalf of We the People. – Respectfully filed, with clean hands, upon the record of the court on this 22^nd day of October in the year of our Lord, anno domini 2023.

This blatant attempt to keep the truth about the IRS, DOJ, and the courts from We the People clearly shows the government’s concern over the power of Public Opinion when it comes to the government’s errant behavior.
