OMG the hypocrisy involved here. Both books of mythology are ripe with atrocities. As that the vid stuck it to Muhammad I’ll point out some things the piss-poor comic/actor did not.

The Bible – How can anyone follow a god whose word promotes so many horrible things.

A book that can easily be looked at, and has been by evil men, as pro-slavery (Colossians 3:22). Call them slaves or servants how it reads one could see where some get this idea. If you were a hebrew salve you could get off a little easier/sooner. But if you were a hereditary or non-hebrew slave you were screwed.

A book that will provide you with instructions on how to sell your daughter as a slave/sex slave (Exodus 21:7-11,)

A book that will provide you with instructions on how to beat your slaves properly (Exodus 21:20). Just so everyone knows, essentially you can beat the crap out of your slave every third day as long as you don’t kill him/her. Any way you cut it, even for moral relativists who want to call these people “servants”, it advocates violence against your fellow man in a most despicable manner. And for those who say “well it was a different time” I ask – is owning or harming another human ever moral regardless of era?

A book to let disobedient women know their place (Colossians 3:18). Submit to your husbands ladies (I’ll thrown in Tim 2-12 for good measure).

A book whose god is ok with torturing a good man (Job) to make a point to a bad one (either by way of doing it himself or intentionally removing his protection)

A book whose god has killed untold numbers of innocents, a few examples:
- Kills untold amounts of innocent people because David ordered a census (1 Chronicles 21)
- Order the attacks and killings of untold innocent people left and right (Deuteronomy 3, Joshua 6, Judges 21)
- Baby killing, rape, pillage and plunder and more murder (Isaiah 13:15-18, Deuteronomy 20:10-18)
- And the Flood. Yes god viewed everyone (except Noah and fam.) as corrupt and plotting evil. I suppose all of those children and innocents where just down right evil and got what they had comming to them when the water crushed and drowned them horrifically. Why? We all know why.

Completely mind-boggling how folk don’t see the bad associated with this book. How often believers will use the weak excuse of “gods moral authority” (which is in direct contradiction to say…”do not kill”…ah yes, do as I say and not as I do god) as an excuse to pass off these horrible acts and words. And for all those believers out there who will go down the old “Hey, that’s old testament, does not count, things have changed, NT trumps it now” you forget this: “It is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for the smallest part of the letter of the law to become invalid.” (Luke 16:17). Plus show me a bilble that does not include the old testament. Jesus believed in what we know as the OT. Jesus said that he came not to replace the law but fulfill it, and that ‘not one letter of the law’ should be changed.

If this all is not absurd enough for some I’ll leave you with this final tribute to the biggest sucker/cuckold on earth otherwise known as Joseph:

We all know the story – God knocks up a bethrothed woman without her consent so, as you know, he can give birth to himself, so he can sacrifice himself to himself, so he can save you from himslef. I can just image the scene with Joseph and friends:

Joseph: No really guys, she did not cheat on me, really. It was God that got her preggers not some other dude.

Joseph Friend #1: God…(snickering in hearty derision), she said God (facepalm) knocked her up. Dude, you gonna really believe that load of dung. She’s a cheating skeezoid that you need to kick to the curb. Then go find that baby-daddy and let him know she’s his problem now.

Friend #2: (cheated on a few times, pacing back and forth, grabbing his hair with a look of fustration) Word!!! (walks up) Joseph If I came to you and told you my betrothed, who I have not yet had relations with, all of sudden came up pregnant, and I told you she used the excuse of “uh…uh…it’s Gods” what would you say?

Joseph: But, but…she just would not do that to me guys.

Friend #3: Joseph quit being a sucker. I guess any woman can use that excuse and it flies because after all, how can you prove differently?

Joseph: You guys just don’t get it. She loves me. She loves me dammit! (as he walks away)

Friend #1: Maybe we should take it easy on him, He’s had a tough week. Learned he has to raise another mans kid…and I hear he stubbed his vajayjay. I don’t blame him from wanting to get YHWH from here (all three laugh).
