From “Good” Friday to Easter Sunday: can Christians not count to 3?
The centerpiece of Christianity is the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus-Christ. Many, if not most Christians believe that Jesus was crucified on “Good”(?) Friday and was resurrected roughly 36 hours later, in the early morning hours of Ishtar/Easter Sun-day. But is this what really happened? A close and thorough examination of the evidence proves beyond ANY reasonable doubt this simply isn’t the case.
Christ prophesied the following about the time between the crucifixion and the resurrection:
Matthew 12:39-40
12:39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and unfaithfull generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonah:
12:40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of Man be three days AND three nights in the heart of the earth.
So how can so many Christians be duped into believing the LIE that Jesus only spent half as much time in the heart of the earth as He (THE Truth – John 14:6) said He would? A half-truth is still a lie, and that includes the half-truth that Christ’s Mission on Earth was only 3 ½ years.
Daniel 9:27 And he (Christ) shall confirm The Covenant (the New Covenant) with many for one week (7 days = 7 years in Bible prophecy code*): and in the midst of the week (WEDNESDAY) he shall cause the sacrifice (His Crucifixion) and the oblation (His Life which He willingly offered to show us The Way [John 14:6] and to redeem us from our PAST SINS [Rom. 3:25]) to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations (ALL of the churches, which teach the opposite of what Christ teaches) He shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation (the “Lake of Hell-Fire”), and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate (those who refuse to listen to and obey God ONLY – Acts 5:29, Luke 19:27, Rev. 2:23).
*Numbers 14:34 After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, [even] forty days, EACH DAY FOR A YEAR, shall ye bear your iniquities, [even] forty years, and ye shall know My breach of promise.
So, according to the EVIDENCE, at the end of His 7-year Mission, Jesus was crucified on a WEDNESDAY, NOT on a Friday. And if the body of Jesus was buried “in the heart of the earth” for 3 days AND 3 nights, that means He rose on Saturday (the Sabbath Day, aka the Lord’s Day) NOT on a Sun-day. But is there any evidence of this in the Gospel accounts? The answer is yes, but it requires actually reading them and recognizing that there were TWO Sabbaths the week Jesus was crucified.
The Last Supper, that Jesus ate with His Disciples, was the Passover, which is the day of preparation for the High Sabbath that begins the Feast of Unleavened Bread (Leviticus 23:5-7). The end of each day is at sunset, at which time the next day begins (Gen. 1:3-5). The High Sabbath that year was on a Thursday, which began at sunset on Wednesday, when Wednesday ended and Thursday began.
John 19:31 The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the Sabbath day, (for that Sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and [that] they might be taken away.
The second Sabbath that week was the weekly Sabbath which, as always, took place on Saturday, the 7th day of the week. The account in Matthew, when properly translated from the original Greek tells us that it was after the Sabbaths (plural) that the two Marys came to see the sepulchre.
Matthew 28:1-6
28:1 After the (two) Sabbaths, as it began to dawn toward the first [day] of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.
28:2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.
28:3 His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:
28:4 And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead [men].
28:5 And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.
28:6 He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.
Christ-Jesus was not there as it began to dawn on Sun-day (the first day of the week) because He had already risen (on Saturday, the Sabbath Day/The Lord’s Day).
Mark 16:1-6 (see also Luke 23:50-56, 24:1-8)
16:1 And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the [mother] of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices*, that they might come and anoint him.
16:2 And very early in the morning the first [day] of the week, they came unto the sepulchre at the rising of the sun.
16:3 And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre?
16:4 And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away: for it was very great.
16:5 And entering into the sepulchre, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted.
16:6 And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus the Nazarite, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him.
*Buying and selling on the Sabbath is strictly forbidden under The Law (Exod. 20:8-11, Neh. 10:31, 13:15-21), so the ONLY time that the two Marys could have bought sweet spices would have been on Friday, between the two Sabbath days – the High Sabbath on Thursday and the weekly Sabbath on Saturday.
Remember, they had to hurry to take down the body of Jesus and bury it before the (High) Sabbath began (Mark 15:42-47), so there wasn’t anytime for them to buy spices on Wednesday, after burying the body of Jesus. And it was very early on the first day of the week, immediately after the (weekly) Sabbath, when the two Marys came to the sepulchre with sweet spices they had bought and prepared on Friday. Further confirmation of this can be found in the Gospel of Luke.
It is also of interest that the Greek word “pascha” is found 29 times in the original text of the New Covenant/Testament where it is correctly translated as Passover 28 times. The lone exception is in Acts 12:4 where, in most Bible versions, it has been intentionally mistranslated as Easter.
There is no Good Friday: it was on a Wednesday.
Most people have been wrongly taught and therefore believe that Jesus only taught for 3 and 1/2 years and was crucified at Ishtar of 33 AD, so please do not take what I am going to say as something personal against any of you. It is not meant to be taken personally by anyone and is only meant to straighten out the common misunderstanding and set the record straight, as this site is dedicated to truth.
This teaching of 3 and 1/2 years, of course, is untrue, like most things you have been taught by your blind guides, and a close look at all of what Daniel the Old Testament Prophet wrote will prove it to be untrue.
King of kings’ Bible – Daniel 9:26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and The Sanctuary; and the end thereof [shall be] with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
9:27 And he shall confirm The Covenant with many for ONE WEEK: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations He shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation (the “Lake of Hell-Fire”), and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
So here we have the proof that God said the Messiah would confirm The Covenant (New Covenant prophesied in Ezekiel 34) for ONE WEEK, meaning SEVEN years. Seven years, NOT three and a half years. The reference to being cut off in the midst (middle) of the week therefore cannot possibly refer to the number of years, but only to the day of the week – Wednesday, not Friday as the pagan so-called christian churches teach, just like they teach the false date of Jesus’ birth as being Dec. 25th.
They have done the same with the Crucifixion. It was on a Wednesday the middle of the week, not on Friday the sixth day of the week.
Jesus arose from the dead on the Sabbath Day – Saturday – three days and three nights after the Wednesday mid-week Crucifixion, exactly as he prophesied that he would do:-

Ishtar/Easter Friday to Ishtar/Easter Sunday is only two days, not the three days that Jesus prophesied it would be, which is further, absolutely obvious proof, that the teaching of the blind guides; of all of the so-called christian churches, none of whom can see the obvious; is a lie, proving, beyond doubt, that they are indeed blind guides.
The crucifixion was on Wednesday 21 st of April in 34 AD., forty years after the birth of Jesus in 7 BC.
To say that the ministry of Jesus was only for three and a half years, as the blind guides who falsely claim to work for God do, is to contradict God and Daniel, who said it was SEVEN years. Those who contradict God, are, by doing so, opposing God, which proves that they really work for Satan – the Opposer – and that they do NOT work for God. Do not allow yourself to be deceived by them, or you will end up in The Pit with them, exactly as Jesus told you.
King of kings’ Bible – Matthew 15:13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath NOT planted, shall be rooted up.
15:14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch (or Pit).
Amen – so be it.
If Christianity can’t get something as simple as reading and counting to 3 correct, about a subject as important as the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, then how can anything they teach be taken seriously?
IF you are tired of being misled by the blind guides of organized religion, and are genuinely seeking the truth in this world filled with lies, then you need to read, study and put into practice The Survival Plan, which is the “little book” (Rev. 10:7-10) entitled The Way home or face The Fire by JAH. The title is self-explanatory and time is rapidly running out.
Those of you who claim to be “SAVED” already, are WRONG. You do not mark your own test. Only the Lord marks your test and neither you nor your pretended priest, pastor, etc. (see II Cor. 11:13-15 for what they really are) will have ANY say in it whatsoever. You would do well to learn some fresh and real humility and start again, this time DOING what the Lord says and not what you decide yourself. The “Self” has to be “crucified DAILY” until it is DEAD and you want only to serve your Lord and the common good, keeping the COMMANDments; Covenants; His Laws and Ways and NOT your own.

It’s true. Three days with nights after Friday is Monday.
By the way there is one town in Asia which name is Monday (Doushanbe – capital of Tajikistan).

You’re on the right track, however there is more to it than just this theory of 3 days and 3 nights, with of course of not a theory but a true fact. It’s the whole Goatpel, because we have a very Westernizes understanding of a Middle Eastern Gospel. Allow me to try and help you understand a little better, however to do this you must think outside you denominational box. You must think with a Hebrew understanding, ok.
Now: do you know the reason why our Messiah in the Scriptures states He is called the “Son of Man / Son of God” there is a wonderful meaning to this, again let me try to explain. When the Scriptures says Son of God it’s talking about that His Father/seed is Elohim/God Himself. He is the “I AM” that was before Abraham was (John 8:58) and when the Scriptures mentions “Son of Man” this is Mary’s Boy, actually Myriam is the correct name of Mary, because it’s a “HEBREW NAME”. Look at this, and use common sense. We have a Jewish mom, who was raised Jewish, and by the way comes from the linage of King David from Judah. Myriam had a Hebraic culture and was raised obeying Torah, and she was living in Israel, and ends up in Beth le hem “House of Bead” to deliver her Child. And after an Angelic Messenger comes and informs her how Great her Son would be, gives birth to the KING of the Israel and the universe (Isa.66:1)
He Grows in wisdom and stature and in favor with Elohim and men (Luke 2:52). Do YOU actually believe that He would have a Greek name of Isus? Which is known to us as J-sus, and Him being a Jewish man from the tribe of Judah? NO!!!!!!! He (Yeshua) said, I come in my Father’s Name (John 5:43), and His Father’s name is “Yod Hey Vov/Waw Hey” or in English YHWH. The Yod is a Hebrew letter that translates to our ‘Y’ oh by the way there is now ‘J’ this letter only 3 to 5 Hundred years old and He is about 2012 years old.
So where did we actually get this name of J-sus anyway? Well who translated our New Testament Scriptures from the Hebrew and Aramaic to what we have now? Let me help you, it was the Greeks with all their mystical gods like ‘zeus’ and others. They conquered the Middle East and rob them of their culture and they changed things around, kinda like what Isis and radical Islam is trying to do to us today.
Anyway returning to YHWH later some Jewish learned men, place vowels in these tetragrammaton letters and placing an ‘a’ after the Yod and an ‘e’ after the Waw now we get Yahweh, as in Hallelu-YAH meaning praise to Elohim/GOD. So what does this all mean? Well are you really trusting your eternal salvation behind a name given by MEN because Elohim did not give you jesus, men did.
(2 Corinthians 11:3-4) But I fear, lest somehow, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, so your minds may be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Meshiach/Christ. 4 For if he who comes preaches another Yahshua whom we have not preached, or if you receive a different spirit which you have not received, or a different gospel which you have not accepted—you may well put up with it! (Brothers and Sisters WE have been putting up with it!)
All this to answer the question: “He FULFILLED the Law” this is found in (Matt.5:17) Most Christians are telling half-truths and half-truths are lies, and that not their fault, because it’s their pastor’s fault and his pastor’s fault etc. etc. et. Because this Scripture verse, really says: Yeshua states: “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.
He’s mission was not to DESTROY, the Law or the prophets. Why because they’re ETERNAL just like Elohim/God. He came to fulfill the Law, and He did it being Myriam’ Boy. He is really saying, if I being a man and I can fulfill the law – “so can you !”. Not fulfilled, but to compete them, because in (1 John 5:3) states: For this is the Love of Elohim, that we keep His Commandments/Laws: and His commandments/Laws are not grievous and in (NKJ) ‘burdensome’ meaning ‘not hard to complete”.
Continuing: and Christians also say: “Christ is the END of the LAW.” Rabbi Saul (Apostle Paul) said in: 1 Cor. 2:2 For I am determined not to know anything among you, except Yeshua our Messiah, and Him crucified. And that means, the Law becoming Flesh and Blood, and completing the Holy Scriptures at the “End of the Law’. Rabbi Saul would not have sinned by doing away from the Scriptures because in (Deut. 4:2) and in (Rev. 22:18-19) states You shall NOT add or TAKE AWAY from the Scriptures, because it’s SIN to do so.
Christians also talk about what the Apostle Paul wrote in his books as in: Colossians and Galatians and Ephesians”. You know the Scriptures does not contradict Scripture, Christians contradict themselves,
In Acts 21:24 talking about Paul: Take them and be purified with them, and pay their expenses so that they may shave their heads, and that ALL MAY KNOW that those things (Christians) of which they were informed concerning you are nothing, but that you yourself ALSO WALK ORDERLY AND KEEP THE LAW.
Acts 24:14 Paul confesses: But this I confess to you, that according to the Way which they call a sect, so I worship the Elohim of my fathers, BELIEVING ALL THINGS which are WRITTEN IN THE LAW and in the PROPHETS.
And this one is my favorite: (2 Peter 3:14-16) Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless; 15 and consider that the longsuffering of our Yahweh who is salvation—as also our beloved Brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, HAS WRITTEN TO YOU, 16) as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, WHICH UNTAUGHT and UNSTABEL PEOPLE TWIST TO THEIR OWN DESTRUCTION, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
We need to show ourselves approve by Elohim because in (2 Timothy 2:15) says: Be diligent to present yourself approved to Elohim, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
When Elohim/God gave me the understanding of what was the true meaning of SUNday, and His Seventh Sabbath I realized that I had been deceived/lied to, and thought WHAT ELSE, have they lied to me about, and I started searching it out for myself, and with Elohim’s Set-apart Spirit, I received more light to our Scriptures, and you also can by (1.) pray for Elohim to give you more understanding and (2.) you need to do think outside your denominational box. Great article. FINALLY SOME SPIRITUAL TRUTH, with of course the exception of 33 AD, as it was a few years earlier in 31AD that God’s Church was established. Ironically I actually stopped responding in this forum because “truth” has been despised so forcefully I felt I was so outnumbered any truth I offered was being drowned out by sarcastic opposition. My intention was honorable however it became more than obvious that I was merely providing ammo for mockers of what is Holy. I ultimately understood that I could write until my fingers bled trying to convince both antichrists and the legitimately confused of what was never mine to give in the first place, but the truth is that God calls and enlightens in His time, for his divine intent and purposes.
Natural men not enlightened through His Spirit and are just not capable of comprehending His mysteries, or that which God has intentionally withheld until now. Is that how things happened in Scripture? No. First, someone came to deliver the Word. The Word was delivered to the people’s ears via one source or another, but the Word made itself accessible to testing and questioning. Are we able to make good fertile soil out of barren sand? Are we able to change who we are in order to receive the Word?

Shroud of Turin demonstrates Christ’s crucified body in state of rigor mortis, but with no evidence of decomposition, which begins to set in around 40 hours after death.
That means Christ resurrected from the dead around 40 hours after being slain — Friday afternoon to early Sunday morning provides the perfect time frame equaling around 40 hours.
The 3 days and 3 nights isn’t a reference to time but rather to human physiology — “Thou shalt not allow thy holy one to undergo corruption.”
The Catholic Church’s teachings on the Resurrection of Christ are correct and sensible in every possible way, whereas the above article is utterly worthless — obviously having been written by an idiot.
