All 50 states have “Public Land Trust”, Texas was the only state that maintained its lands, but the other states are managed by the BLM.  Since I am in Texas, I am using it as an example but this information can be used for other states at well.

Spanish, Mexican & Texas History:

Most Texans are unaware of the role that “Public Lands” have played in our history. It first began when Spain claimed the land that is now Texas. The Spanish drive to Christianize the indigenous peoples of the territories on behalf of the Roman Catholic Vatican was left to missionaries & soldiers. Today 60 Spanish land titles still remain of record; the small amount of grants is due to the long-running conflicts over the land. The land is considered a “royal domain” in Spain’s overseas possessions which is part of the Spanish Crown itself.  Therefore, lawful “private” ownership of land required a grant from the king. To assist in granting crown lands the king delegated his authority to designated representatives.  In remote, marginal Spanish Texas officers such as governors, lieutenant governors, & captains operated the base of the land grants. It was easier to place the “claim” with the Governor or local official and occupy the land & use it rather than go to the expense of a formal title.

In 1836 the Republic of Texas initiated a land grab which was consolidated later by annexation to the United States & the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo.  Leaving the largest amount of Spanish land grants located between the Nueces & Rio Grande Rivers. In 1820, Spain formally opened Texas to foreign settlement. Under the terms, colonists were to be loyal subjects of the king & adhere to the Catholic faith; and by giving them generous amounts of land it would prevent a takeover of Texas by its countrymen.  The new nation of Mexico adopted Spain’s outlines & the proposal lived on through Stephen F. Austin & Green C. De Witt (more commonly known as Mexican impresarios).  Many Spanish laws were retained by the Republic & the State of Texas. In 1840, English Common Law was adopted, it made certain exceptions to the replacement of Spanish laws. Today Texas land laws are a combination of Spanish Community Property & the forced sale of property which are in affect today. The most important Spanish laws that have carried over have to deal with submerged land. Under Spanish Law, the government retained ownership of the riverbeds of perennial streams. Spanish law also provided for government ownership of submerged coastal or tideland to 10.4 miles from shore. In 1853, this boundary was recognized by the U.S. Congress.  This gives Texas the ownership of lands rich in oil & other resources.  The Spanish influence on the Texas land system has been far reaching.

In 1827, a Freedom Rebellion in Nacogdoches was a source of anxiety to Mexico. In fear of losing Texas to the United States, the Mexican Congress passed the law of April 6, 1830 prohibiting further immigration from the U.S. Like Spain, Mexico left an imprint on Texas land policy.  Land titles to 22,000,000 acres were issued before November 13, 1865 are legal documents today.

In 1835, a government set up by Anglo inhabitants ordered all land activities of impresarios and the like to cease. After Texas gained Independence, it claimed 216,000,000 acres of unappropriated land which was actually part of Mexico. Texas had an urgent need for transportation so land grants were issued from the Public Lands.  Eight railroad companies received 8 sections of land for every mile of track laid.  Maps of Texas Lands today show checkerboard squares of mineral interest given to these railroad companies who used them as collateral at banks to acquire the funds necessary to build the railroads; which in reality were the same corporate trickle-down agreements being done on our public lands today. Later surveying showed that the companies had received an excess of 3,623,160 acres which reverted to the state. The Railroads were forced to sell their lands to private individuals.

 When all lands had been disposed of, the state began to develop resources on land which had been appropriated for public schools. The largest allocation of land 52,000,000 acres went to fund public education. In 1854, the legislature established the Permanent School Fund (PSF) where remaining public lands were held.  The PSF would create an inexhaustible source of revenue.  Only interest income would be appropriated for the state’s public schools. The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, which ended the Mexican war in 1848, confirmed the Texas southern boundary at the Rio Grande.

To understand the next part of the “TRUTH UNVEILED” we must go back to the history of the United States and to the history prior to TEXAS.

The U.S. and What the European “Land Conquerors” Brought With Them:

Regarding Texas landowners who are in a fight regarding “Eminent Domain”, you first need to understand the English Law definition. The term “Eminent Domain” was taken from the legal treatise De jure Belli et Pacis which used the term dominium eminens which is Latin for “Superior Lordship” which is described below:

“. . . The property of “subjects” is under the eminent domain of the state so that the state or he who acts for it (Kelcy Warren – ETP) may use & even alienate & destroy such property, not only in the case of extreme necessity, in which even private persons have a right over the property of others, but for ends of public utility, to which ends those who found “civil society” must be supposed to have intended that private ends should have given away. But it is to be added that when this is done the state is bound to make good the loss to those who “lose” their property.

This is now known as the foundation of “international law” which was written by Spanish theologians acting out of the Catholic faith that are more famously known for stating etsi deus non daretur which means as “If GOD does not exist”.

Texans are told to “Homestead” their properties in order to save on “property taxes”, but since we are wading through deep cow manure with the lies of this Government let’s take a look at the English Law definition:

The “Homestead Act” under common law provides the ad coelom doctrine by which “Superior Landlords” own everything below and above the land, up to the sky and below the earth to its core, with the exception of volatile minerals such as “NATURAL GAS”.

You will find by the 12^th Century, European “political thinkers” who conquered these lands believed that a “Monarchy” was an ideal form of governance. This was because it “Imitated” on earth what God had set for the Universe. It was the form that was used by the “Ancient Hebrew Tribes” who were the “True Sovereigns” of Texas prior to their land conquerors forcing them into Roman Catholicism or otherwise they would have been slaughtered. Leaving the natives of Texas as a people with a “Stolen Identity”.

The European forefathers of the United States took the “Constitution” and the “Confederacy” from the Native Hebrew Tribes of the North American continent.  For it is 3 clans that created a tribe, 5 clans created a band and 5 bands created a “Nation”. Which is symbolic of the hand-print found at many native pictograph sites.

The definition of “Sovereign” is it is our God given inalienable right that we are all created “Equal” and “Free”, but it appears the “Land Conquerors” feel it is their place to “Enslave” the people of these lands.  With their title of “Superior Lordship” above us could the people of this “Nation” be acting as “Worshipping Other Gods”?  Could “Idolatry” be the currency that is backed by gold which is “Worshipping the Golden Calf” as stated in the ancient text of the bible?

So I ask Texans to stop and think for just a minute; has there ever really been that concept of the COMMON GOOD OF ALL PEOPLE or is it just another illusion of deceit created by those “Superior Lordships”? Why are 1 in 5 Texas children going to bed “hungry” at night? Why are indigenous people not being allowed to exercise their indigenous rights of their culture by using “holistic medicines” rather than “western medicine”? Why are the dolphins of the Texas coast unable to reproduce after the toxic oil spill executed by these “Superior Lordships”?

How are the “Ancient Hebrew Tribes” part of Texas history? To understand the land rights & titles you first must understand the “Tale of Two Kingdoms”

The tribes (ISRAEL) that worshiped “many gods” & practiced “idolatry” were split for there were those who refused that form of worship for they believed in One Universal Creator. Therefore they fled Israel to start their own kingdom known as (JUDEA).

Where did the tribes of Judea who fled from bondage & idolatry go? They came to the North American continent by means of the Siberian Bridge through Alaska and are known today as the Native American Indians; the “Lost Hebrew Tribes” of Israel. If anyone who has any native blood in their heritage will have “Jewish” in their DNA.  Could this be why this Government would have us all believe that the “Chosen People” only exist in Israel or order to remain control of the lands & its natural resources? Interestingly enough, ancient text show that the Natives of the North American Continent are of the biblical bloodline of “Cane”. The teachings of the “Lost Tribes” are in regards to the ONENESS of humanity and that LOVE is of the highest power and that one must walk in “Balance & Harmony” upon our Earth Mother.  The bible states that EVIL will destroy EVIL.  Could this just be false doctrine?

To get the jest of where this is all headed one must google the “Territory of Judea” and closely examine the description; which is describing the “Big Bend” of Texas to a tee!

The Kingdom of Israel, or as the North American Natives refer to as the “Shadow” world; is in control today by the 7 Prince Spirits which is symbolic of the Red Dragon with the 7 crowns; in Greek the word Dragon means SERPENT or what the bible more commonly refers to as the BEAST.  What opened that “Pandora’s Box” that led to the “Curse of the Pharaohs” of the ancient Hebrew tribes? Listed below are the 7 prophetic empires & their principalities:

1. EGYPT:  “Spirit of Bondage” began due to the “Shedding of Innocent Blood” when the Pharaoh took the babies from the Hebrew women and threw them in the river. 
2. ASSYRIAN:  “Spirit of Division” began due to the worship of idolatry which split the tribes due to their belief of the Universal Creator.
3. BABYLON:  “Spirit of Compromise” began with an attack on spiritual values & forced to compromise.
4. GREEK:  “Spirit of Philosophy” began with the philosophic experience of seeking man’s wisdom rather than the wisdom of the Great Spirit.
5. PERSIAN:  “Spirit of the Anti-Christ” began with King Haman the Evil who paid 10 men to kill, destroy & annihilate the Jews, but the plot was uncovered and all were hanged.
6. ROME:  “Spirit of Tolerance” began with abominations or ill omens that were to be tolerated against inner spiritual convictions.
7. SPIRITS OF THE AIR:  “New World Order” has begun; but in the past it was Christianity that ran the tax collectors out of the temples. Rome’s pagan God did not hear nor answer prayers.

Did history only repeat itself when European conquerors acting on behalf of the Vatican & the British Crown tried to annihilate the Natives due to their spiritual beliefs (BABYLON) and forced them into Catholicism (GREEK) or otherwise be slaughtered? Could this be why the Government (PERSIAN) tried to annihilate the Natives due to they were of Jewish descent? Is was the acts by the “land conquerors” that prevented the ancient teachings of our ancestors to be passed down & preserved. For it appears that humanity is repeating the (ROME) era for we are being forced to have the abominations that are against our inner spiritual convictions. Today Christianity is being attacked and labeled as “intolerant” when in reality it is regarding the monetary system & taxes.

So where is the kingdom & inheritance of the “Lost Tribes” The answer to that question is that you are standing on it; but unfortunately it is the other “Tribes” who practice the idolatry of the golden calf of MONEY that control our lands & resources that the Great Spirit intended for his “Chosen People”.  

Our infamous “Talk Rock Shelter” of the Big Bend is symbolic of these long ancient bloodlines that have crossed time & time again.  The “Black” image of a man is symbolic of the “Ancient African” beginnings.  With the “Red Dragonfly” or even known as the (Red Dragon) is symbolic of “to see through the illusion”. Is this a powerful message from our ancient ancestors that was left behind for us?

Texas history documents that the Spaniards brought with them on their ships, ETHIOPIAN SLAVES that cohabitated with the Native slaves just as the Buffalo soldiers did at Fort Davis. Spanish Conquistadors  moved rapidly in efforts to find and extract gold and silver, the abundant and most precious rare earth resources of the of the new land. Native Americans, whose land they exploited, quickly adjusted from a barter economy to the use of money. By the eighteenth century, coinage prevailed as the primary medium of exchange.

What most people today do not understand is that the original Hebrew’s were black; so in order to be Native Indian you must carry at least one drop of “Ancient African Blood”.  As written in the Book of Enoch which was removed by the Catholic Church, a whiting of the skin took place which began with Noah. DNA researchers have shown that is caused by ancestral “emotional pain”. The United States Government had the ONE Drop of blood rule attached to the 14^th Amendment, but when a child was born of “mixed races” the Government decided the race of the child by what they felt was a less superior race.

Christian Europe has been seeking to conceal for the past two thousand years is the African origin of the concepts, doctrines, sacramental practices of religion, and the documents that became the foundations of Christianity in Europe. The Ancient Egyptians were Black people and their modern descendants are alive and well in the North American Continent. It is obvious that we are now that ONE tribe of humanity as written in Native Prophecy as the “Rainbow Tribe”; a tribe of many colors.

The legal definition of “Indigenous People” is anyone who has a historical tie to the land; which that is all of us! Indigenous rights are explained below:

Those rights that exist in recognition of the specific condition of the indigenous peoples. This includes not only the most basic human rights of physical survival and integrity, but also the preservation of their land, language, religion, and other elements of cultural heritage that are a part of their existence as a people. This can be used as an expression for advocacy of social organizations or form a part of the national law in establishing the relation between a government and the right of self-determination (DNA test showing Jewish & ancient African bloodline cost $100 @ www.Ancestry.com) among the indigenous people living within its borders, or in international law as a protection against violation by actions of governments or groups of private interests.

Is it not time we go Native & take back our inheritance? I ask those who are current “landowners” a few simple questions:

1.  “Do you seriously think you own the mountains & the rivers”?  
2. The form of titles of the “Crown” that exist on the lands you occupy date back to the Tudor era and are more commonly known as the “mortgage”; therefore “Do you think the Creator intended for Mother Earth to have a mortgage on her back?
