One needs to see if there was a cell operating at 430-450 Hz, in the range of brain wave frequency. That is not supposed to be allowed, however there were some towers in FL doing that over the past few years.
Interesting about the FL towers that you speak of.. which is my location.. I have seen talk of target individuals via Jesse Venture on that show Conspiracy Theory. And they spoke of them using towers to zap people.. sometimes I wonder if they zap me for doing a radio show on fringe subjects. lol I laugh but its possible. I miss that show they canceled it.

No, in a small town in tn back in 92 ish 93 is when these really seemed to begin. This happened just before the kentucky one did that made more attention though it wasnt as big. A kid kills his own cousin because she jumped between him and the teacher he was aiming for. It involved 2 students too. I cant rememver but 2 or 3 killed and several injured. After this shooting is when it seemed to begin and cell phones where not really available. There was no towers really. The boy was just disturbed. His parents seemed kinda creepy to me and i think the boy liked to give others the impression he was a satanist but it caused him to be picked on a bit. This was a small country school where there was no problems like you see in bigger cities. I went to that school and somewhat knew the kid. Point is i think there is a more spiritual element to these shootings.
