Odin was known also as Votan( Vatan).Since the Russians mixed a lot with the Vikings,the name Odin is Russian,Slavic,meaning One!
The first rulers of Kievan Rus were Vikings,like Rurik I. Most Russians are Varyags( Varangians= Dragons),the best warriors in the world,
