Why is the Great Tribulation coming? What is the reason God is allowing this time of horror?
The Children of Israel entered into contract (covenant) with God when they came out of Egypt and the contract included terms allowing God to force Israel to comply with their agreed to contract obligations.
When the Children of Israel began to ignore (breach) the contract and began to transgress the Law, according to contract God is allowed three periods each lasting 7 years to punish Israel and bring them back into compliance.
American contract law also allows one party to force the other party to comply with the contract terms they both agreed to.
Leviticus 26: 1 -39 is the Contract Israel agreed to and verses 14 – 39 lays out the things God is allowed by contract to do to force Israel to comply.
Once the third period of 7 years (21 years) has expired and Israel still is refusing to live according to the terms of the contract then God has the right, according to contract, to utterly destroy the nations of the House of Israel and send the remnant of one third of the population that survive into captivity among the gentile nations. And their lands will be totally destroyed.
Read all of Leviticus 26: 1 – 39; verses 14 – 39 reveals what God is allowed by contract to do to Israel. As the final 7 years begins notice God will, in Great FURY, punish Israel.
God is allowed by contract to punish Israel for a final period of 7 years after they have refused to comply with the contract over the preceding 21 years ( 3 terms of 7 years each).
Contrary to what most have been taught the First Covenant is still in force and God must and will live by the contract terms He agreed to, Israel not so much.
The “Time of Jacob’s Trouble” is the final 7 years of punishment allowed under the terms of the contract and the great tribulation begins after world war three which ends as the first 1260 days expire, the first 3 ½ years.
World War Three is the 4th Seal involving 25% of the earth and the Great Tribulation is the 5th Seal.
As the last 3 ½ years or 1260 days of the final 7 years begins the remnant of the nations of Israel are sent into captivity and the great Tribulation begins.
All you rapture folks that refuse to obey — why do you suppose the tribulation is coming? This time of great trouble you so desperately want to escape?
Were you aware that World War Three is pre-tribulation? Will you escape that final war as well?
It is not because folks do not believe in a rapture; it is not because folks refuse to allow Jesus into their hearts —
This time of trouble is simply due to the fact you refuse to obey the terms of the contract and the contract terms require God’s People to live by the Torah which is THE LAW.
You have refused to live by the same Law Jesus Christ lived by as our example to follow. That Perfect WAY of righteousness thus punish is sure.
None will escape to heaven – none not one, except by early death, will escape the tribulation as all are transgressors of the Holy LAW of God.

God wants people to repent. There are some people that must go through pain in order to begin to seek God as to why they are suffering. A wheat head does not give up its kernals easily. It must be roughly handled for the seeds to separate from the chaff. In N.T. days, they would lay down the wheat and then pull over it a tribulum board with a rider on top. The grape harvest followed the wheat harvest. The clusters have to be cut off the vine. Then the grapes have to be crushed to give up their juice. The same way, some people will not repent unless they have been crushed. That is why the second have of the Tribulation is so severe.
God is just doing what it takes to get these people to repent. He does not want anyone to go to Hell. He is not pleased with the death of anyone.
jknbt if as you believe the Torah and the 10 Commandments are abolished then what is it that we must repented of — not believing in a rapture?
and remember if you say we must repent of transgressing the Holy Law of God that the Law included the 4th Commandment.
