Aha…D5 is a Govt dept set up in the 80,s to oversee the entire govt to ensure that no one can destroy the Constitution. I heard that these guys were the ones who saved the country from being destroyed in 2016 election. They are called the Flag Bearers and their job is to protect the country from being forced to or into another system other than the Constitution of the USA. It is the 17th Dept of government and oversees the POTUS! Now D5 makes real good sense…Yahhhy!!! Mary McClean
