Q: Julian Assange Sentenced to 50 Weeks in Jail and Still Faces USA Charges

A British court sentenced Julian Assange, the WikiLeaks founder, to 50 weeks in prison on Wednesday for jumping bail when he took refuge in Ecuador’s Embassy in London seven years ago.
His complex legal travails are far from over: The United States is seeking Mr. Assange’s extradition for prosecution there, and an initial hearing on that request is expected on Thursday.
Officials in Sweden have left open the possibility that he could face criminal charges in that country, as well.

Breach of pre bail, they are really changing the language to make s*it stick, we have 2 types pre charge and post, to fail bail there has to be a crime charged against the subject and Sweden dropped all charges which in the case of pre charge bail means there is no penalty applied. Sweden in fact only wanted to question assange which they already did in Sweden and the Embassy. Yes in the UK on pre bail conditions are applied to a suspect but they are free otherwise, in post they are pending trial and are released on remand which means they have entered a plea. Yes it is just judges changing the law to suit themselves, Snow again. Possibly lucky it was not Williams.
I dont know if this will be allowed to stick around, since I did a comment on another article and chrome removed it from browsing history – the BIN q one on assange being jailed for 50 weeks but I will give a similar answer to the erased one. We have in the UK 2 types of bail, pre charge and post and Juian Assange skipped bail on the pre charge bail, the special conditions of which are thus and it is on the internet(https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/bail) which it does state if pre bail conditions are failed the Judge gets to impose a tariff but if you read on into the law the tariff is voided and bail returned if there are no charges laid before the court, Assange has not been charged with anything within statuary limits which in this case for tort and personal injury is 6 years. The difference between pre bail and post bail is that in post bail hearings the suspect has had a charge laid against them by the prosecution and we have this massive problem that Sweden Dropped ALL charges against Julian Assange in March after dropping the majority of the charges in 2015 – if they were ongoing he would be automatically extradited. You are not allowed to charge in abstentina in UK law, Sweden has not reapplied for Assange to be extradited again since it had no grounds for its charges which under repeated examination failed to meet even Swedish criteria. Belmarsh is in fact where Julian was imprisoned from October 17th 2016 after his poisoning by Pamela Anderson the day before, he was removed from the Embassy by a black van for emergency medical treatment and an elaborate charade covered for his absence, which meant i.e. his Swedish interview was done in the embassy without lawyers present and the only people he has allegedly talked to are the embassy staff and the top tier of wikileaks who were not killed off in 2016 (3 deaths) and has been held incommunicado without telecoms or internet from 2017 in the embassy without his usual public appearance on the balcony. Am I ringing enough alarm bells here.
