It seems one can hardly watch television anymore without the bombardment of profanity, sexual content, violence, and wizardry of some sort –and that’s just the commercials! Fifty years ago such immoral content would have been considered too scandalous to be aired on live TV! Yet, today, such programs are not only watched but promoted and encouraged. Where has America gone?
How about our schools? Since 1963, the year prayer was removed, our schools have plummeted morally. High School pregnancies have increased by 200%, school shootings are on a rocketed rise, STD’s in children are up by 230%, condoms are placed in public school restrooms, and immorality is accepted as the norm. Even worse, children are now being taught how to pray to Moloch, all while saying the pledge of allegiance is frowned upon in some schools!
How about our churches? If we look back at the 1940s and 1950’s church, the top problems were: smoking, dancing, television, makeup, and card playing. The problems today, however, are much worse, they are adultery, divorce, drug abuse, the breakdown of the family, financial scandals, fallen pastors and evangelists, etc. Not only that but there are many mega-churches preaching a one-sided gospel message. If hell doesn’t fit into their doctrine, they remove it and teach their congregants that hell is a fictional place. While others are making God into the God they desire Him to be. They preach only grace and forget that the God we serve will one day judge the world too! God is a God of grace, love, mercy, and forgiveness but he is also a God who will one day judge the world for their lives on earth. The sad part is many churches today fail to teach the full truth of the Bible, and as a result, many people are coming to Jesus only for what He can do for them, rather than making a sincere commitment. The second they found out it isn’t only about getting things from Christ, but living sacrifices, they are gone! In truth, they never really knew the true God in the first place. This is one reason we have many false converts today, which have invaded our churches, and sadly, many churches cater to them for a financial reason; thus leaving holes in the Gospel of Christ. I believe you get the picture.

Depravity in many communities is very common for sure,but that has not changed for centuries,indeed for all of human existence.
The question is, what do we do about it?
Do we refer to the bible or the quaran, both of which advocate horrific genocide,slavery,rape,torture,and the very popular, subjugation of women?
Or do we apply the sentient human values which have got us this far. ‘Do unto others which we have done to us’, the confucious and sane values which are the one’s that matter.
Mass slaughter is still happening today on behalf of ridiculous made-up deities,and is responsible for the massacre and torture and pain of tens of millions of people.
How any thinking person could sign up to any of these medieval and childest cults(and there are lots!) is beyond stupidity.
Please throw off the indoctrinations of your geographic and familial location,and get a grip of yourselves.
You do not need any ficticious deity to be a good human being, in fact,you will be a better one without any medieval myths.

It is true that depravity has been in mankinds lineage for a long time.
But in my lifetime, being quite long in the truth, I have lived in a society that tried to live up to morale standards, even though all men have character flaws, in which men did not try to convince society to accept their flaws, mental disorders, and sexual deviancies as normal, in the best interest of living in a society that aimed for something better.
Now we have abandoned all sense of morality and consider mens flaws to be something to be flaunted and celebrated rather than something to reject and overcome.
You will find nothing in Christianity that condones rape, murder, or any kind of war for any reason, particularly genocide.
Of course islam is different, islam has had no savior to override the past actions of mankind.
God only condoned and demanded war as an extreme measure in the best interest of stopping evil from making mankind extinct during the B.C. time period.
That all ended with the teachings of Christ and are not elements of true Christianity.
You really know very little about religion in general, and Christianity and Judism specifically.
Mistaking the fact that God created men and women to fill different but equally important social roles is hardly “subjugation”.
God obviously did not equip women for fighting wars, manual labor, and to emotionally deal with the hardships of leadership any more than he equipped men with tits to feed babies and temperaments for nurturing children.

As I say, a lot of excuses for evil have been made in the name of religion.
But nothing, absolutely nothing, in any of the writings of the New Testament ( which Christianity represents) condones any of what you posted.
That many claiming to be Christian seem to support war and other evils hardly makes Christianity at fault, it is their misunderstanding of convenience or outright ignoring select writings of the New Testament.
As far as slavery, the type of slavery that existed in the time of Christ and before that is referenced in the Bible was called “bond slavery” which is no different than what the work force in most countries practice. It just has a different name.
In the Bible men sold themselves in to slavery for a period of years in return for something, such as land.
The only difference to that and todays economy in the united states is that in the united states a middle man is involved, as well as the government being involved via taxes.
Men sold their labor to another in exchange for something. In the united states men sell their labor in barter for a representation of their labor, and the seller accepts that representation so that banks are the slaveholder, not the seller.
The Bible commands God’s chosen people to:
1. Kill any friends or family that worship a god that is different than your own. Deuteronomy 13:6-10
2. Kill all the inhabitants of any city where you find people that worship differently than you. Deuteronomy 13:12-16
3. Kill everyone who has religious views that are different than your own. Deuteronomy 17:2-7.

God also ordered the abduction of women for purpose of sexual enjoyment, and even commands that rapists are to be punished/rewarded (depending on your point of view) by taking the rape victims as their wives:
