From Satan To Jesus: My Christian Testimony

I took some notes/quotes on this video, and then have some comments:

“…how I went from a literal satanist to a born-again believer in Christ…

“…went from satanism to new age….nagging sensation, that Jesus is real. I chose to seek him out. He was real. But I still didn’t give my life over to him yet. I didn’t know anything about him..my life got really bad. I found out he was real, but I didn’t know anything about him…

“I cried out to God, to help me. I had nothing to live for. It was at that moment that he changed my life forever. I felt a sense of peace. Like being hugged…

“…There I was a brand new Christian. Not knowing what to do with my life. I didn’t know any Christians. I never even read the Bible. I just know that God is real and that Jesus Christ is my savior.”

He also mentions reciting a “sinner’s prayer” with someone. (“Sinner’s prayers” are not in the Bible).

Based on the Bible, the above testimony might be “conversion” (becoming a believer); but according to the Bible itself, it is NOT “regeneration” (becoming born again). I am not picking on him. It’s the false teachers and preachers who are leading people astray (But beware: Jesus still holds US accountable!).

Jesus said that salvation comes at the END of a very, very difficult narrow way walk. At the END. The false teachers say we are “saved” at the BEGINNING. Not according to Jesus Christ!! This is the elephant in the middle of the modern Christian’s living room; and upon its forehead is written, FALSE SALVATION.

Matt 7:13-14):

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: (Matt 7:13)

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matt 7:14)

Do a word study on “strait” and “narrow” using an old Strong’s concordance (they’ve changed the meanings in the new).

Jesus commanded us to ASK, SEEK, KNOCK, STRIVE, LABOR, STUDY (to show ourselves approved), and to CONTINUE in his word, until we FIND HIM, FIND LIFE. LIFE (Jesus) is at the END of the narrow way walk. It is the ONLY way Jesus gave us.

Just “believing” does not do it. The Jews in the following verses are BELIEVERS, but Jesus said CONTINUE in his word (i.e., DOING his commandments that are laid out elsewhere)….we must become DISCIPLES INDEED in order to be made free (saved). Conversely, if we do not CONTINUE in his word, we will NOT become DISCIPLES INDEED and; therefore, we will NOT be made free (saved).

Q: How does someone become a DISCIPLE INDEED who has never even read the Bible? Answer: Jesus says it is not possible.

John 8:31-32:

Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; (John 8:31)

And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. (John 8:32)

Jesus, Paul, Peter, James, Jude, and John ALL warned us about the false, fake, EZ, “salvation” theologies that would be brought in privily in the last days; and, that the vast majority of Christians (“believers”) WOULD FALL FOR THEM, and so it is. (2Pet 2:1-3)

“Sinner’s prayers;” “just believe;” recite-o-verse (John 3:16; Rom 10:9, 13, etc.); and now, many law/sabbath-keepers are even weighing in; are ALL broad way theologies, fulfilling end-times prophecy 100% in Laodicea (La-La) Land, just as Jesus said.

It is amazing how Christians cannot see these EZ, EZ, EZ “salvation” theologies for what they are: wide and broad. Wide and broad LITERALLY MEAN EZ ways. The modern Christian prides himself (or herself) on how EZ their “salvation” experience was…”look how wide and broad and EZ it was,” they proclaim. Jesus did it all for me!

Did Jesus do it all for you? Then why did he command YOU to take up your OWN cross and STRIVE to enter in at the strait gate and walk the narrow/afflicting way to the END? To follow Jesus to Calvary? To die the death (inside)? Jesus commanded us to COME to him, to have our deeds reproved. It is a walk. A process. A way we are to walk. Jesus said it is very, very difficult. That is why Jesus said FEW would actually DO IT. We are slothful sluggards at heart, in love with this world!

But if ye be without chastisement [on the narrow way], whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. (Heb 12:8)

Professing Christians better search this matter out with all diligence. The time is at hand.
