Stewart Best (4/11/2020): In Yet 50 Days — The Fire of Pentecost

IN YET 50 DAYS – THE FIRE OF PENTECOST

Do not be too disappointed if we sail through 4-11 and First Fruits (already past in Israel) but will end here on Saturday (day of rest) at MIDNIGHT. Perhaps we will witness a MIDNIGHT CRY, but one thing is certain EVERYTHING POINTS TO THE SOON RETURN OF CHRIST, and the MANCHILD is in fact ready to be born.

There are those who present a very good argument concerning the Feast of Pentecost as being the END of the AGE OF GRACE, OR CHURCH AGE. It is based upon the fact that Pentecost BEGAN the REAL CHURCH AGE and the FIRE of the Holy Spirit coming down – so why not END the Church Age on that date? It is also interesting that if you take the menorah with its SEVEN LAMPS or CANDLESTICKS and align them with the SEVEN FEAST DAYS OF THE LORD – with PENTECOST being the CENTER, or IN THE MIDST:

Revelation 1:12-14

¹² And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

¹³ And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

¹⁴ His head and his hairs were white like wool, as white as snow; and his eyes were as a flame of fire;

The question is this: why is Pentecost IN THE MIDDLE OR CENTER OR MIDST and WHY DOES IT REPRESENT JESUS CHRIST, THE SERVANT CANDLE? Are we being told that Pentecost represents the ENTIRE CHURCH AGE FROM ALPHA POINT TO OMEGA POINT? It appears that might be the case.

John 19:17-19

¹⁷ And he bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha:

¹⁸ Where they crucified him, and two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst.

¹⁹ And Pilate wrote a title, and put it on the cross. And the writing was Jesus Of Nazareth The King Of The Jews.

In this portrayal of the SEVEN FEAST DAYS, we find both Pentecost and FULLNESS OF THE GENTILES, IN THE MIDST, which means that they are tying together the entire Church Age with Pentecost because Paul tells us that when the fullness of the Gentiles comes in, THE CHURCH AGE IS OVER.

Romans 11:24-26

²⁴ For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

²⁵ For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

To understand this, we must remember the Covenants that God made with Israel, such as the Davidic and Abrahamic covenants which are EARTH BOUND COVENANTS or of THIS WORLD, while the Church Covenant is HEAVEN BOUND, that is SPIRITUAL.  Once the Church Age is complete, God will turn his attention to Israel and the covenants with them. They must go through the time of Jacob’s (Israel’s) Trouble to atone for their Christ rejection. The Christian is supposed to atone by entering in at the strait gate and walking the narrow way, which is a SPIRITUAL WALK. We find the RETURN COVENANT in John:

John 14:1-3

14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

² In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

³ And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

 This is the promise of THE RAPTURE, and this is why the Return is divided up into TWO PARTS, ONE HEAVEN BOUND and the other OF THIS WORLD. Jesus said His return would be as “lightning” which is a GLOBAL PLASMA EVENT. It will shake the entire planet when it occurs as the graves are opened and those who are alive and remain are taken out of this world. This is why Jesus meets the Church IN THE AIR (heavenly) and then COMES DOWN TO THE EARTH TO ESTABLISH HIS EARTHLY RULE!

It is interesting that a lightning bolt first comes from the ground as a “feeler” and “ascends” and it meets the downward bolt IN THE AIR to complete the lightning connection. It happens in the “twinkling of an eye”. Further you have no idea when it will happen!!

There are some good arguments that Daniel’s 70^th week has a double meaning – but its coded, hidden and not in plain sight. It is odd that Jesus was CUT OFF after about 3.5 years of His ministry. That would leave 3.5 years LEFT of Daniel’s 70^th week. It is interesting. The point being that the entire Church Age with the Holy Spirit begins and ends at Pentecost in some year, perhaps this year or years more to go, no one knows for sure. True or not, it points to IN THE MIDST.

It seems odd that all of these COSMIC signs are coming by so rapidly if they mean nothing at all. Most folks, if a sign that said “Chicago 100 miles” would then believe that Chicago was indeed 100 miles, when in fact it was 1000 miles away. I do not believe a God of Love would mess with people’s normal minds in such a manner. These cosmic signs MUST SHOW US THE DAYS OF THE END ARE UPON US, and here we have the CALLS FOR A ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT and a NEW WORLD ORDER, with our leaders claiming to ALLOW us to get back to work we must have a “MARK” PLACED UPON US. In other words, you would not be able to BUY OR SELL unless you have this Mark because you cannot re-enter society. More and more WORLD LEADERS are joining into this concept. The apex of Psalm Two, which is the TRIBULATION period!

All of this means WE ARE SO VERY CLOSE to the removal of those READY, per the parable of the 10 virgins, 5 wise, 5 foolish. The five wise had extra oil, trimmed their lamps so they burned brightly, alluding to final witness to the world before the Bride is removed.

If we look at the 50 days from FIRST FRUITS TO PENTECOST, IT GETS EVEN MORE INTERESTING. The number 50 is 5×10. The number 5 means GRACE. It is a reference to the AGE OF GRACE, pointing to the Church Age. The number 10 means TESTIMONY. Is not the Church Age supposed to be the TESTIMONY of the Church to the world about the SAVING GRACE of our Lord?

Now let’s take a look at the number 50, for it has even more proof of the Church Age omega point being on a Pentecost. Fifty (50) means HOLY SPIRIT. The entire Church Age is about the “comforter” being sent by Jesus Christ! Remember that Jesus told us that “these things I say unto you are of Spirit, the flesh profits nothing.”

John 6:62-64

⁶² What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?

⁶³ It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

⁶⁴ But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him.

It is the job of the Holy Spirit to lead the true believer to ALL TRUTH. It is the job of the Holy Spirit to convict the true believer of sin, righteousness and JUDGMENT. The Holy Spirit is to lead the believer to Jesus Christ Himself, for THE TRUTH, and THE LIGHT is Jesus Christ, the SPIRIT of DIVINE AGAPE LOVE.

1 John 2:26-28

²⁶ These things have I written unto you concerning them that seduce you.

²⁷ But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

²⁸ And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

And this:

⁷ Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

⁸ And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:

⁹ Of sin, because they believe not on me;

¹⁰ Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;

¹¹ Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

¹² I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.

¹³ Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

¹⁴ He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

¹⁵ All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

¹⁶ A little while, and ye shall not see me: and again, a little while, and ye shall see me, because I go to the Father.

The point being that the Holy Spirit’s WORK is the church AGE OF THE SPIRIT, THE AGE OF THE CHURCH, the AGE OF GRACE is all of the SPIRIT. The Church Age is the AGE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. Hence it makes sense that if the AGE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT BEGAN ON PENTECOST, IT WILL END ON A PENTECOST.

Fifty (50) is also the number of JUBILEE. A jubilee is to set at LIBERTY. Liberty means TO BE SET FREE. Free from bondage. In relationship to that Jesus said this:

Luke 4:17-19

¹⁷ And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

¹⁸ The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

¹⁹ To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

So here 50 is related to FREEDOM and PENTECOST. Interesting.

The Feast of Pentecost or Shavuot has many names in the Bible: The Feast of Weeks, the Feast of Harvest, and the Latter Firstfruits. Celebrated on the fiftieth day after Passover, Shavuot is traditionally a joyous time of giving thanks and presenting offerings for the new grain of the summer wheat harvest in Israel.”

First Fruits and Pentecost are all about THE HARVEST. In Revelation we find this:

Revelation 14:14-16

¹⁴ And I looked, and behold a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.

¹⁵ And another angel came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to him that sat on the cloud, Thrust in thy sickle, and reap: for the time is come for thee to reap; for the harvest of the earth is ripe.

¹⁶ And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped.

If one reads The Song Of Solomon, we find a reference to the SPRING. This relates to the barley harvest. The first being the barley harvest, and then comes the early or spring WHEAT harvest, which appears to be pointing to the REMOVAL of BRIDE OF CHRIST FIRST, and the TRIBULATION SAINTS COME IN SECOND. Jesus told us that the FIRST (ISRAEL) shall be LAST, and the LAST (THE CHURCH) shall come in FIRST:

Luke 13:29-30

29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.

30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

It is also interesting that the BOOK OF RUTH was read on Pentecost, a story that is symbolic of Christ and the Gentile Bride. Its real meaning was a secret, a story of the coming Redeemer and His taking a BRIDE and then returning to the Father’s House.

Ruth was a Gentile, Boaz a Hebrew. Boaz redeemed Ruth’s possession and then became her husband…”

Ruth represents THE BRIDE OF CHRIST and Boaz represent Jesus Christ. It is interesting that Israel read the Book of Ruth on Pentecost, don’t you think?

Jesus is our REDEEMER and our RANSOM. He will come back to collect His Redeemed.  He paid the ransom price. He is the innocent LAMB. Hence the reason why the Sanhedrin of today wants to sacrifice a LAMB on the Temple Mount, and most likely will be allowed to by 2021 or if not sooner this year, as they have rejected Jesus Christ and return to their ancient sacrificial rites!

The point being that Pentecost is a HARVEST FEAST. Remember the when a child is BORN the top of the head or the CROWN is seen first. It is called “crowning.” We related this to the appearance of the CORONA (CROWN) virus as being a possible warning to the Church (the manchild) is about to be born and removed at the rapture. Could it be on a Pentecost? Time will tell, as it always does.
