I wanted to put this in my comment as some believe that just accepting Christ and getting baptized is being born again. That’s not scriptural! Accepting Christ is and being baptized gives a small measure of his Spirit (Power of Yahweh) ! And you become a new person! New person not born again! From that point you still strive to live a life as Christ did. We r human and hence we always need mercy and forgiveness every day and we need Yahwehs Spirit giving us strength faith all his armor to live in Christ!
