Your right Dave Stephens, this deception taught to Christian that the Rapture will take them out before the Tribulation is crazy when JESUS said in Matt 24:21 “ For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” And then Matt 24: 29 “ Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And then in Matt 24:30 ‘AND THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.’ There are a lot more verses, but the disciples ask JESUS when all this was going to happen and Matt 24 he goes through the ORDER/TIMELINE of the events and he comes at the end, so why do so many Christians believe the lie of Pre-Tribulation.
