Supreme Court just threw out Texas lawsuit saying Texas had no standing, implying a state cannot protect itself from other states Federal vrims that jeopardize the rights of all their people. SCOTUS has proven to be incarnate. Looks like a military solution must occur.
Alternatively, you don’t understand what standing requirements are. You would propose that any state can contest the election procedure in any other state if they’re not satisfied with the results of that other state’s election. Trump filed suit in every one of those states and lost because he was unable to provide any legally acceptable evidence for what he claimed. OTOH, he did generate > $200m at a cost of $9m, so he’s got that going for him; grifters gotta grift.
