These F-35′s have been moved to Florida to be able to project power (strike ability) and protect the Gulf Coast region. Texas can afford to have the F-35′s as well if based upon money generation. F-35′s IMO are problem prone due to UK based design that ensures maintenance problems to generate deeper maintenance contracts that cost huge money.
The new republic will be based out of Texas (capital) with major military assets in both Texas & Florida as well as other states to ensure dominance over the gulf of Mexico and South America region.
