All the news from 
America is a caricature or indeed real life picture of off the chart degeneracy. 
This at a national level.
Intentional.
With nothing more than what seems like a wimpering pocket of resistance here and there.
As this comes into full view we hear of an approaching nuclear war with the USA as the primary trigger.
Should this surprise anyone?
The two historically, sin and war, have always gone hand in hand.
War is a punishment for sin. How could it be otherwise. We create our own punishment.
And if there is a parallel between the extent of sin on a national scale and the intensity and destruction of the war, almost total nuclear destruction seems like the most appropriate fit.
Expect it.  The moral law deems it.
Nothing seems able to change it.
 It is a natural progression as punishment for sin and commensurate with that sin.
Only the just can see it coming. Not that I’m just. I actually don’t see it coming, but that is the natural progression of events in times like this.
Heavenly warnings have not been believed. Heaven takes no delight in war.
These warnings screeched across the decades, with an intensity that defied belief in the 80’s and 90’s especially, but have continued.
