Regarding the markers for detonation of an EMP bomb, it doesn’t seem to be a smart way to create an EMP event over a predetermined location. Who would be so stupid to announce what the plans are? It doesn’t make sense. Furthermore, there are much more intelligent and precise ways to detonate an EMP bomb (maybe a nuclear bomb) over the correct area than using radioactive markers. It seems more likely that these drones had another, probably nefarious, purpose.
