Fulford did report that the original Michael Flynn has been replaced by an avatar. We have numerous examples now of Flynn receiving explosive information and not sharing it. The framing of this question alone brings up many other questions. What is a white hat? Who are the white hats? Where do they meet? Do they have a centralized all-controlling structure like the cabal?
The concept of a white hat control group to oppose the millennia old structure of the cabal is an obviously false PSYOP at this point. A very successful PSYOP at that. The problem we have on our side is that the awakened and developped towards the good are also people forming a small group. In fact, the evil ones outnumber us many times over on this level. Those awakened must understand that we are still greatly outnumbered and fighting against the odds.
