I suspect they are going to burn us out big time this summer……..have never seen as much rain where I live in 23 years this late in the spring.

Stop using trees burning from the inside out as evidence of DEW’s. You don’t do your credibility any good as anybody who has ever been on a wildfire knows that it is quite common for trees to burn up through the inside and break out far up the tree.
Fire will also burn deep underground following tree roots. Fire smoke is only hazardous to those with major respiratory problems.
In over a decade of fighting wildfires the only creatures I ever seen that were killed by the fire was a lizard and a chipmonk.
You should have your home fire proofed long before any fire ever gets near it. Two years ago they told me to get ready to evacuate as the wildfire was less than a quarter mile from my house.
I told them I was staying and I did and my house and property are still here with no thanks to them.
To many Americans run in fear and panic at the drop of a hat. Life is dangerous…….get used to it.
Oh…I forgot to mention that the main No. 1 reason I quit fighting wild fires was it turned into nothing but a big fuster cluck.
