For nation will rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these events are the beginning of birth pains. (Matthew 24:3-8)

The sun will be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood
before the great and remarkable Day of the Lord comes.
