What Lies Beyond the Firmament? Do We Know?

And God said, “Let there be a firmament between the waters to separate water from water.”  So God made the firmament and separated the water under the firmament from the water above it. And it was so.  God called the firmament “sky.”  Genesis 1:7-8

When God created the Heavens and the Earth, He used a firmament to separate water from water.  A firmament is a dome, vault, arch, or barrier.  I refer to it as a dome shaped barrier.  And God called the firmament sky.  So when we look up at the sky what we are looking at is the firmament.  Then God created the earth, sun, moon, and stars and placed them under the firmament or under the sky.  Therefore, we live in a closed system covered by the sky which is a barrier through which no one has ever travelled because they cannot penetrate it.  Back in the 60′s the US and Russia tried to shatter it and shot rockets at it but to no avail.  No one has been able to penetrate the firmament so we simply don’t know what is on the other side.  And that is okay because we don’t even understand many things that are under it yet.  But here is another interesting scripture which will happen quite soon now because we are on the verge of entering into the tribulation period.   

 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind.  The sky receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was removed from its place.  Revelation 6:13

This describes the events that will happen at the start of the soon coming tribulation.  This year on October 2, 2024 there will be a “ring of fire” eclipse of the sun when the moon blocks the center of the sun and the sun’s rays look like a ring of fire around the moon.  This could also look like it’s described above, the sun turning black and the moon red.  Then the stars will fall to earth which is interesting when science tells us that the nearest star is 25 trillion miles away.  Ah, but we live in the universe that God created in which the stars are under the sky so they are not very large or very high up.  And then the sky will be rolled up like a scroll and those that remain will finally get to see what is on the other side of the firmament.   Science fiction?  Nope.  The Word of God, the Truth.  And Coming Very Soon.  God does Not lie.   You can find much more on this by Clicking Here.
