Jesus overthrew the money changers who made money from money itself.

I don’t think Jesus would be any more likely to occupy Wall Street than Horus, Mithras, Dionysus or any of the other man-made solar Messiahs. Like the rest of them he was a mythological character representing a variety of things including the mystical nature of man, astronomy, philosophy, mathematics and sacred geometry.

Mythological characters such as Zeus, Poseidon, Hera and Hades did not impact the world on a universal and distinctive scale. Christ alone impacted the world in such an extraordinary way that the global calendar and civilizations are based on His birth and death. This is especially remarkable in light of the fact that Christ had little else other than the clothes on His back and a pair of sandals. To believe that Christ was also a mythological character naïvely underestimates and disrespectfully misjudges the collective consensus of that time… a collective body that included a wide range of people of which the large majority was non-believers. This is undisputed because the historical record confirms that believers in Christ the Messiah were initially very few in number and under enormous persecution… and yet, Christianity more than endured… it grew into largest religion in history.

Well view point, can you explain why the life of Jesus is identical to the life of Horus and why the Catholic church is nothing more than and a off shoot of the Egyptian death cult? Do you research…and I don’t mean read the bible. Your bible, like your god, is nothing more than a compilations of much older stories. Jesus made no impact on the world…the only impact came from missionaries spreading across the globe like a plague, telling people they will burn in hell if they don’t convert. The only place Christianity isn’t on the decline is poor countries with a starving population…its easier to convert the hungry with the promise of food. That food, of course, comes at a price.

hi Paris. look up ‘Christinity’, & ‘Christendom’. The Catholic church no more resembles an organisation of God than betty boo’s bargain bonking shop. It claims to be Christian, yet calls itself catholic. I NEVER read that Jesus mentioned catholics. while it may claim to be christian, the filth inside it says they are part of christendom. God has obedient people on the earth, & the only commission given was to preach what Jesus preached over the entire earth, & then the end would come. They have been carrying out that commission for almost 2,000 years. I never had a catholic try to tell me God was good at my door.. so who is fulfilling the commission of Jesus to preach as he preached? (I have no bias, I Never had a muslim do it either). The missionaries are described in the Bible as a swarm of locusts, so that comment about the plague was quite apt.Jesus did make an impact if people are still talking about him…

michael savage is a mentally defective accident of nature.he himself has a messiah complex that God has appointed him with a mission to save AMERIKA from the likes of the “vermin” who want to stand up for what they believe in.i do believe that Jesus would not have started wars, tortured people at Abu Graib, performed renditions, nor would he have targeted American citizens in Yemen for cowardly remote control drone attacks. michael needs to understand that playing “patriotic “songs and epouting tired talking points does not make one a patriot no more than wearing a “Nike” shirt makes one a shoe. michael is insane.

In the 1800’s, Gerald Massey was first to claim that Horus was born of a virgin, taught in the temple at the age of 12, was a teacher with 12 disciples, baptized in a river, gave a sermon on the mount, healed the sick, raised men from the dead, died by crucifixion, and was resurrected 3 days later… however, several contemporary Egyptologists including Professors of Egyptology Kenneth Kitchen of the university of Liverpool and Ron Leprohon of the university of Toronto totally discredit these claims by asserting that there is no mention whatsoever of these facts in the life of Horus. One of these scholars said that there is no academic support for these claims and called it, “fringe nonsense” and that “Egyptology has the unenviable distinction of being one of the those disciplines that almost anyone can lay claim to and the unfortunate distinction of being the one most beleaguered by false prophets.” What is indisputable, because it came from their own mouths, is that Massey, Kersey Graves, and Edward Carptenter were heavily influenced by Helena Blavatsky, Annie Besant and Alice Bailey… who were heavily into theosophy and influenced modern perpetuators such as Jordan Maxwell, Michael Tsarion, David Icke and Zeitgeist consultant; Acharya S…. all of which are proud Luciferians and spiritualists/channelers.

And so, we have the option of accepting the word of distinguished Egyptologists, or the word of the people who channel demons. Unless we are able to time travel to the days of Christ and Horus we have to take the word of such people. I will not arrogantly say, “do your research.” I will say that it is not accidental that there is great confusion about Christ. If Satan exists (I am quite certain he exists, but say “if” just to make respectful allowance for a varying point of view), wouldn’t causing confusion about his greatest rival/Christ be crucial and critical to his strategy of deception? And wouldn’t it be effortless to distort history and the chronological order of events, thousands of years later, by merely speaking fabrications into existence, or deleting written documentations? Even now, we are witnessing history being rewritten, erased by those eager to indoctrinate the children, youths of the world and by Muslims who claim that the Jewish people have no connection to Jerusalem… although their own historians pointed out that the Jewish/Jerusalem connection is in their own history books.

Perhaps the way to validate the truth about Christ is to either prove or disprove the Bible… to question if it is in fact the word of God. If it is the word of God, then Christ was in actuality His Son and the Messiah and would have no desire or need to distort the truth. If is not the word of God, then the hundreds of prophesies recorded over thousands of years should be easily disproved. However, it is well documented that hundreds of Biblical prophesies have already been fulfilled. I can easily cite numerous fulfilled prophesies, but that would just irritate you, I’m almost certain… but perhaps you will endure prophesies that are being fulfilled now, even as we speak… prophesies that were predicted thousands of years ago that have occurred very recently, or about to occur. In the 11th chapter, Daniel prophesied that not only Egypt and Libya would be overthrown, but also Ethiopia. We saw Egypt overthrown this past February and Libya just 11 days ago… although it is not yet in the news, Ethiopia will follow. It is also prophesied in Isaiah that Damascus (the oldest continuous city in the world’s history) will cease to be a city. Have you followed what has been occurring in Syria, particularly in the past 2 weeks? Did you hear Syrian President Assad threatened to destroy Tel Aviv? Assad’s exact words, “From the moment a shot is fired against Syria, it will take only six hours for Syria to devastate Tel Aviv and ignite the entire Middle East.” Netanyahu responded, “If a single Syrian missile explodes in Tel Aviv, Damascus will be first to pay the price, and if the missile offensive persists, one Syrian town after another will be destroyed.”

Peter Stoner; professor of astrophysics… was Chairman of the Departments of Mathematics and Astronomy… was also Chairman of the Science Division, and Professor Emeritus of Science… as well as Professor Emeritus of Mathematics and Astronomy, calculated the odds of just 7 fulfilled Biblical prophesies occurring accidently. Professor Stoner concluded that the odds are 1 in 10 to the 17th power; 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000… 1 in 100 quadrillion. Professor Stoner concluded that science proves it can not be accidental and that it is beyond the realm of possibility.
Professor Stoner used the state of Texas to visually illustrate 1 in 10 to the 17th power. He asked his readers to visualize every inch of the second largest state in the union filled knee deep with silver coins before flipping 1 gold coin out the window of an airplane at random while blindfolded… then, thoroughly mixing the coins with bulldozers for a period of 10 years. Finding the one gold coin in the first random handful is 1 in 10 to the 17th power… these are the same odds of just 7 Biblical prophesies being accidently fulfilled. So, what are the odds of hundreds of fulfilled prophesies?

The Bible is utterly unique in that it is the only book in the world that contains fulfilled prophesies. There is not one fulfilled prophesy in the Sayings of Buddha… not a single fulfilled prophesy in the Quran, nor in the Hindu Madras, but in the Bible there are hundreds of fulfilled prophesies. Only the One true God knows the future… only He has the audacity to proclaim it… only He has the capability to proclaim it with 100% accuracy. God included fulfilled prophesy to attest to the supernatural origin of the Bible. In fact, God says that He tells us of things before they happen so that we may believe.

As to your point about Catholicism I will only say that it is not synonymous with Christianity… in fact, I consider Catholicism a malevolent principality. Every Christian I have ever known rejects the bloody baggage of Catholicism and recognizes that the Catholic Church killed millions of Christians before it gave up and then attempted to incorporate Christianity into their authority.

As to Christianity diminishing, it is disputed by the author of an article linked below. Even if the author is mistaken, Christianity, for the moment, still remains the biggest religion in the world. This is quite remarkable in light of the fact that multi-millions of Christians have been targeted, murdered for 2 thousand years… imagine how much bigger it would have been had they not been so utterly persecuted. I will add, however, that I do believe Christianity is decreasing in numbers, but not for the reason you cited… but because Christians are being slaughtered in great numbers. In 2009, 176,000 Christians were killed… the vast majority killed by Muslims… it is expected to reach 200,000 this year.
