Scott Zimmerman vs Martin Cirvini

Listen up, everyone! We have been “played like a fiddle” – intentionally “manipulated” by the Obama administration and a complicit mainstream media that bent, twisted, perverted, and otherwise distorted the truth to the point of pure fabrication in an effort to shamelessly exploit the shooting death of Trayvon Martin and murder trial of George Zimmerman by deliberately turning a tragedy into a heated racial issue simply to further its own anti-gun and political agenda.

It all started when President Obama declared that if he had a son “he would look like Trayvon Martin.” Then Eric Holder, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Elijah Cummings, Maxine Waters and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus falsely claimed that the self-defense shooting was a “racially motivated” murder just days after the incident took place – that a white man had “racially profiled” a black teenager resulting in wrongful death.

But there were two “minor” problems with the storyline as presented. First, Zimmerman is actually racially identified as being Hispanic, so the lapdog Obama-controlled media immediately coined the phrase “white Hispanic.”

The second problem was a bit more complex, because the police declined to arrest Zimmerman because there was insufficient evidence of murder to issue an arrest warrant, much less get a second-degree murder conviction. So the Justice Department sent agents from its “Civil Rights Division” to Sanford, FL, to organize and manage anti-Zimmerman protests which coincidentally resulted in the firing of the white police chief who was then replaced by a black Chicago cop.

And for the next 18 months we were hammered by a continuous stream of racial and legal propaganda by a biased media seemingly intent on convincing white Americans that the shooting was in fact a “racially motivated hate crime” while simultaneously fanning the flames of racial discontent and hatred within the black community. In fact, the media did everything humanly possible short of murdering someone to aggravate an already explosive and potentially dangerous situation.

Then came the trial, and for nearly three weeks the state argued that Zimmerman had “profiled” Martin, concluded he was a criminal, and then approached and cold-bloodily shot and killed an unarmed child – this despite a preponderance of evidence to the contrary. But they made a mistake by opting to prosecute Zimmerman on a charge of second-degree murder, for in order for such a charge to be upheld, the state would have to prove, “beyond a reasonable doubt,” that Zimmerman had deliberately and with malice aforethought, murdered Martin – a charge which could not be substantiated (proven) and Zimmerman was found “not guilty.”.

But the president, the media, and everyone else involved in the case refused to accept the jury’s verdict and have instead demanded that the Justice Department charge Zimmerman for violating Martin’s civil rights while falsely claiming that Martin’s death was a direct result of the “Stand Your Ground” law, this despite the fact that said law was not used in Zimmerman’s defense, although it fits nicely into Obama’s anti-gun agenda.

This being said, it’s now time to prove my charges of “sedition,” “inciting to riot,” and “abuse of power” against President Barack Hussein Obama, various members of his administration, and of course the complicit mainstream media.

Throughout the trial, we were repeatedly told by Obama and others that the “racial overtones” surrounding the incident were unmistakable – that racial prejudice still exists – and that the verdict would ultimately reflect the underlying current of racism in our country today. And when Zimmerman was found not guilty, the president himself suggested that justice had not been served, questioned the juror’s decision, and insinuated that if their roles had been reversed – if Zimmerman the watchman had been black and Martin the victim had been white, the verdict would have been different. In other words, there can be “no justice for a black man in a white America.”.

Well, guess what, folks? That dog won’t hunt! And here’s why.

Back in April 2009, just four months after Obama took office, a similar, nearly identical incident took place in Rochester, NY., when a 42-year-old black neighborhood watchman named Roderick Scott shot and killed an unarmed 17-year-old white teenager named Christopher Cervini.

As it happened, Scott was laying on his living room couch when he heard a suspicious noise outside, went to the window to investigate, and saw three teenagers breaking into his neighbor’s truck. Scott went upstairs, told his girlfriend to call the police, grabbed his gun, and then went outside and approached the suspects. Scott told them that he had already called 911 and ordered them to stop and stay put. Two of the suspects ran off, but the third (Cervini) apparently “rushed” at Scott, who then shot (twice) and killed him.

Scott, who is the size of an NFL linebacker, claimed he shot and killed the 5’10” 160 lb Cervini in self-defense. “I didn’t know what I was up against, or if they were armed, so I drew my pistol and assumed the shooter’s stance,” said Scott. “I wanted to protect myself, and I intended to.” Scott then claimed that when Cervini rushed towards him, he assumed the boy was armed and fired in self-defense. “I felt if he got to me he would try to kill me or hurt me,” said Scott. As it turns out, Cervini was unarmed, never touched Scott, and posed no threat of imminent harm or death.

Scott was charged with “manslaughter,” went to trial, and in December 2009, a jury, after 19 hours of deliberation, found Scott “not guilty.”.

This incident took place in April 2009, but we never heard about it. Why? Why did the media cover it up? Why didn’t anyone in the national media (20,000+ reporters) later draw a comparison between the two shootings? And why were we told that the Zimmerman-Martin shooting was “racially motivated” and that the verdict would have been different if the shooter had been black, when in fact a similar incident had already taken place and the black shooter had been found innocent of the charges against him? Why were we not told the truth? What is happening? 

If I was Trayvon’s father, I would be outraged by the administration’s shameless exploitation of my son’s death to further its own political and anti-gun agenda. And if I were a member of the black community, I would be infuriated by the words and actions of so-called community activists like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson who, along with a racist president and a sensationalizing and criminally complicit media, deliberately conspired to ignite and then fan the flames of racial discontent.

What is going on with the mainstream media? Why are they deliberately attempting to incite the black community to riot? Since Obama took office in January 2009, “black on white” racial hate crimes and violence has increased 80%, and yet the media does not report it. Black riots and flash-mobs are commonplace, but no one is reporting it. A 13-month-old white toddler is shot and killed while sleeping in his stroller by two black teenagers (15 and 17 years of age) in Savannah, GA, and the media ignores it. A 22-year-old white waitress (a working mom with two small children) in Chicago is blown away with a shotgun by 5 black thugs for $83.26 in tip money, and 24 hours later it’s swept under the carpet and forgotten. A bigoted, hate-filled black racist named Al Sharpton preaches “racial warfare against white oppression,” and Obama makes him a presidential adviser and MSNBC gives him his own TV show.

This is insanity gone berserk! This is the Obama administration.
