34-year old Antifascist Pavlos Fyssas murdered by Golden Dawn member in Athens – constant updates

UPDATE, 14.15 The office of Golden Dawn in Chania is under attack. Police clash with the people.

UPDATE, 13:00. The name of the 45-year old Golden Dawn member and murderer of Fyssas appears to be Giorgos Roupakias. This is unofficial, since the Greek has police has up to this point refused to release the name of the self-confessed murderer.

Protest gatherings have been called today (18.09) in all major cities in the country:

• Athens, 6pm at Keratsini, near the spot where the murder took place.
• Thessaloniki, anti-fascist block at the 10m demo, gathering at the Science School at 6pm, demonstration at 6pm in Kamara.
• Chania, 6pm at Agoras square
  
• Kozani, 7pm at the central square
• Larisa, anti-fascist block at the teachers’ demoin the morning and anti-fascist demo in the evening
• Patras, 10:30 am at Olgas square
• Trikala, anti-fascist block at the teachers’ demo in the morning and anti-fascist demo in the evening
• Komotini, 6pm at the main square
