The Mi’kmaq (a.k.a. Micmac) are

an indigenous Algonquian people

who are from Northeastern Canada

and the US State of Maine.

The fierce response of the community,

in defense of the warriors was also

like many indigenous peoples in the

Americas and all over the Earth have
