I fail to see any connection or commonality between the annihilation of the Israelites 70 CE, and a dead Catholic pope.
No, we can’t resurrect the non existent, only the freshly dead, and only if they died from things like, eg hypothermia. We can’t cure death from old age or bring them back from the dead years after their bodies have rotten away.
