SCANDAL: Several Judges Ditch Law & Constitution for Big Employer!

    Evidence from a little-known lawsuit by a pro se, self-litigating plaintiff reveal several federal judges have allowed the use of perjurous testimony.  The perjury was submitted by a large Houston employer, and one judge actually cited the known perjury as she ruled to deny the man his 7th Amendment right to a jury trial, forcing him out of court.  The plaintiff has been living in tents for several years since then.                                                                                                                                                   

    Other evidence and legal stipualtions show the courts also ignored the law itself in ruling in favor of ”summary judgment” against the poor man who was too poor to hire an attorney after allegedly being driven from his job and career.  The man claimed that happened after years of alleged abuses – physical assaults, ridicule, threats of physical abuse, disparate wages, unpaid overtime, orders to commit wage fraud, reverse gender-discrimnation against himself in work placement, and orders to discriminate against men and blacks in the hiring of others.  The plaintiff, a white male, apparently refused to violate EEOC and wage laws, and court records show emails wherein he argued with his supervisor against alleged orders to discriminate.  Those emails show she replied with a reason explaining her commands.  The plaintiff’s sworn testimony also states the supervisor once ranted that she hated men.

    The reason for her apparent orders seems to be entirely illegal, yet the man was put out of court as if he had no evidence.  The plaintiff, a Mr. Noack, showed documents revealing the organization employing him lied to the labor board – an act that he asserts resulted in an untimely closing of the case.  Other records show labor officials never questioned any of his coworkers or other employer witnesses before closing the labor complaint.  In all motions for summary judgment, the law  shows that all evidence and justifiable inferences must be considered in the most favorable light of the non-movant (Mr. Noack).

    Since Noack filed an appeal and contested the perjurous testimony to a panel of 3 judges on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, this effectively means they, too, allowed proven perjury in court as evidence.  That’s at least 4 federal judges allowing proven perjury, then denying someone his right to a jury while allowing perjury by a legal opponent to be used against him!  The man filed a request with the U.S. Supremely Court for intervention, some seen on websites http://www.supremelyunjust.weebly.com and http://www.stillsupremelyunjust.yolasite.com.  Within that, the poor plaintiff seems to show the appellate panel made several false statements, as well, ignored important evidence, and ignored several strong legal precedents favoring him — some by both the 5th Circuit itself and the U.S. Supreme Court.

    This much is certain: there was indeed perjury and there was lying to the labor boards, as documents showing court coding prove it.  Also, ignoring Constitutional rights and allowing perjury in court are both serious matters.  Finally, yet another serious matter involves 18 USC 241,  Conspiracy against rights, (mentioned by the paintiff) which states,

       “If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person           in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same;…..They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both;…..”

    The corruption, flaunting of laws and breaking of others is outlandish.  Will Congress investigate or impeach these “loose cannon” judges?  There seems to have been a gang-style judicial “assasination” in our courts in favor of a wealthy employer.  What is America coming to?  Exploration of the sites mentioned above show some of teh documents and arguments from the case, including outright apparent proof of corruption in the courts, plus corruption and/or negligance by both state and federal labor officials.  Documents shown often bear a court marking, indicating they have been used as evidence at least as high as the 5th circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans.  Americans should be calling their politicians in outrage over this fiasco — this diabolical scandal.
