A GP, Dr P S, Campbell surgery, has been caught red-handed, threatening a dad of four kids, Patrick Coyle, to hand over his kids to social services or be sectioned under the Mental health Act in a tape recording that has gone viral.

The GP has persisted in carrying out his threat and admitted Patrick to a mental health hospital despite being sacked by his patient for trafficking patients and their children into mental health institutions and Foster care.  In a shocking conversation during a private consultation, the GP threatens the dad in front of his 7 year old that his mental health is questionable because he refused to engage in the kidnap attempts by social workers.

​31 July 2015 for 5 hours without any cause, warrant or law, terrorising Patrick and his 7 year old before kidnapping them.

Patrick Coyle has been found unlawfully detained in a Mental Health Hospital after 36 hours of disappearance, admitted by Dr S despite sacking him.  Patrick was told by the Consultant at the Southern Health & Social Care Trust in Craigavon Area Hospital Portadown, Tel 028 3861 3960 that there was nothing wrong with Patrick’s mental state but the Consultant had no choice but to follow orders from the ex-GP S.

Patrick was admitted to Silverwood Ward,Bluestone Unit Craigavon Area Hospital County Arman BT63 5QQ Tel by Dr P S of Campbell Surgery, who was not Patrick’s GP at the time.  A Nurse on the ward, P C, refused to allow Patrick to leave the hospital or show him the documentation signed by a lawful or legal authority by which he is being detained against his wishes. 

Patrick Coyle has not seen any due process or honour by any public servants and has issued a commercial lien to the GP, NHS Trust, social services for these kidnappings of his family members to get the remedy of the return of his 4 children and the return of others incarcerated by public servants in Northern Ireland Institutions. 

A local charity run by AC has been involved in the break-up of the marriage and the social services have split the family further by the handing over of two of the four children, the two daughters, 8 & 16, to the mother who earlier abandoned all four children.  Paddy is a good dad to all four children and has told his wife, the door is always open for her to come back.  Paddy had asked for his daughters to be returned to him because he knew his wife, who has a spending addiction, could not properly care for them and feared that the social services intended to traffic his daughters into the care system.

Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent; Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal.

I, Patrick: of the family Coyle’s (as commonly called), being the Undersigned, do solemnly swear, declare, and depose: 1. THAT I am competent to state the matters set forth herein. 2. THAT I have first-hand knowledge of the facts stated herein. 3. THAT all the facts stated herein are true, correct, and certain, admissible as evidence, and if called upon as a witness, I will testify to their veracity. 4. THAT the eternal, unchanged principles of Law are: a) A workman is worthy of his hire. b) All are equal under the Law. c) In Law, truth is sovereign. d) Truth is expressed in the form of an Affidavit. e) An unrebutted Affidavit stands as truth in Law. f) An unrebutted Affidavit becomes the judgment in Law. g) All matters must be expressed to be resolved. h) He who leaves the battlefield first loses by default. i) Sacrifice is the measure of credibility. j) A lien or claim can be satisfied only through an Affidavit by a point-for-point rebuttal, resolution by Jury or payment. 5. THAT Commercial processes (including this Affidavit and the required responses to it) ARE NON-JUDICIAL and pre-judicial because:

I. No judge, court, government or any agencies thereof, or any other third parties whatsoever, can abrogate anyone’s Affidavit of Truth; and II. Only a party affected by an Affidavit can speak and act for himself and is solely responsible for responding with his own Affidavit of Truth, which no one else can do for him. 6. THAT the lawful seizure, collection, and transfer of ownership of money or property must be effected by means of a valid Commercial Lien. 7. THAT I am not the creation or chattel property of any person or any government agency whatsoever. I am not under any obligation whatsoever to any governmental agency, state or federal (i.e. union), or any of their self-passed laws, statutes, regulations or policies. 8. THAT any and all of the various papers, documents, adhesion contracts, or “agreements” I may have signed with any government agency or entity or any others that might be construed to indicate a conclusion contrary to my herein-below assertions were made, signed by me on the basis of mistake due to lack of full disclosure creating a deliberate lack of full knowledge, a deliberate action of fraud, non-disclosure, concealment of material fact, and misrepresentation. Such action thereby creates a stressful situation of duress and intimidation, vitiating all documents by such action of fraud. 9. THAT it is the sincerest belief and spiritual conviction of this Affiant that slavery and peonage are immoral, are violations of the First Precept of Commercial Law (“a workman is worthy of his hire”), that fraud, misrepresentation, nondisclosure, intimidation, deceit, concealment of material fact, lying, and treachery are morally wrong. 10. THAT I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to be a “client” (slave) of any governmental agency, state or federal (i.e. union), or any of their Principals, or the “United Kingdom,” or to incur any debts or obligations to said entities for whatever “benefits” said entities might purpose to provide or seek to provide to this Affiant, or be directed by, subject to, or accountable to any parties other than my own conscience and best judgement for the purpose of preserving inviolate my unalienable/inalienable indefeasible rights to life, liberty, freedom and property while engaging in the honourable, productive, and non-harmful activities of my life. 11. THAT I, Patrick: of the family Coyle’s, am the sole and absolute owner of myself, my body, and my estate, and possess unconditional, allodial, sovereign title thereto, and that I abjure, renounce, forsake, and disavow utterly and absolutely now and forever all presumptions of power, authority, or right by any governmental agency, its Principals, over the rights, life, liberty, freedom or property of this Affiant from whatever source presumed or derived. 12. THAT I, the Affiant, am NOT a Legal Fiction Person (as defined in a Law Dictionary) Mr Patrick Coyle as being a Corporate Entity (incorporated or non-incorporated) or some other kind of Partnership, BUT INSTEAD a living breathing, sovereign, flesh and blood Human Being with a living soul, with a distinct Mind that is capable of possessing personal knowledge commonly called (Patrick: of the family Coyle, when necessary to distinguish my Clan). 13. On the 22 day of July 2015 and 23 day of July 2015, DG came to my private  family home (my property) Address 80 Shanmaghery Road, he came with another social

worker BM in a white Volkswagen Passat car Mr G informed me that BM was his manger. Mr G informed me that they were here on child protection issues, I explained, that LG had called to my home 30 day June 2015 “uninvited” and claimed she had been informed of reported child protection issues, I instructed LG to post the report to me at my home address, I also told LG that I did not require their services, I explained to LG everything is ok thank you, as to date no report has been forwarded by LG as instructed on the 30 day June 2015, by me. On the 22 day July 2015 DG and BM arrived at my home “private property” and requested to see my children and alleged there is a child protection issue here, this is important and I would need to come into the office as soon as possible to discuss the alleged report, I explained a copy of the alleged report has not been forwarded as agreed by LG as instructed by me, I asked Mr G did he bring a copy of the alleged report with him, Mr G stated he had no alleged report with him, I responded why not I require a copy of the alleged report, Mr G evaded my question by insisting to see my children, I stated that it was not suitable at this present time, and the children were fine, if the matter was urgent there should be a report, therefore this statement is alleged until proven otherwise, You came to my private property with no identification as a social worker, a stranger to me, to discuss private matters relating to my family. BG came forward and informed me that she was from family intervention social worker  and also informed me that she was aware that “I do not consent to social services service”, and BG stated that she does not need consent, I stated you need consent of me and my authority. BG informed me that a meeting was held on 21 day of July and that I should have got a report relating to this meeting, BG informed me that she needed me to give her consent to come into my home, or she would have to seek legal advice, and come back with the police and tramp over me, this is clearly is an attempt to coerce me into consenting to remove my children from me and there family home, by way of threats, inducing fear, and intimidation, from the manager of family intervention social worker services. Later on 22 day July 2015 I had two missed telephone calls and a voicemail from my Doctor, Dr PS, I was in Omagh town going away for a few days holiday with my boys, when Dr S telephoned again I answered the call from Dr S who informant me that the social workers were with him, he informed me that I had to play ball with the social workers, or they would take my two boys of me, and that I would need to go back home and contact the social workers, I said to the doctor that I was heading away for a few days and I would deal with this matter next week, his response was that this would be too late and my two boys would be taken away, removed  from me, social services obviously are using my doctor in an attempt to steal my children from me and remove them from there family home and Dr S is accommodating, this has caused me a tort great concern that I am being coerced forced into handing my children over to social services against my informed consent, this experience as interfered with my daily life he has upset my family holiday caused distress fear worry sleepless nights, D and BM called on the 23 day of July 2015 to my home  again, and presented me with there identification to confirm who they were, and wanted to see my children to see if the were ok, I informed social services that my children were

fine, I asked several times for a copy of the alleged report before Mr G whent to his car and returned with a copy which he gave to me, I asked Mr G did he read my letter that I hand delivered to his office on the 23 day of July 2015, Mr G said he did receive letter, I asked did he understand my letter, Mr G replied in what way, I  stated again did you read my letter, BM intervened and stated Mr G understands english in the letter, I continued to ask Mr G several more times, did he understand my letter before he eventually he said yes. Social services having no just cause in their actions in relation to the above paragraphs causing bringing great concern to the Coyle family for what the social workers are doing, by contacting my doctor, contacting the schools my family children attend, coming to my family home uninvited with unclean hands. Exhibit  (1) from FN, Exhibit  (2) from GI ceased involvement, To be taken as inclusive in the statement the truth of Paddy: of the family Coyle.

14. THAT all parties who act against this Affiant on their alleged basis must produce the Commercial Affidavits of TRUTH, sworn by the claimants to be “true, correct, and complete (certain),” which prove the origin and foundation of their claims and include providing the contract(s) or agreement(s) with the signature of this Affiant thereon wherein this Affiant has knowingly, intentionally, and voluntarily, in full legal and lawful capacity, agreed to waive or surrender rights to HSC Southern Health and Social Care Trust. BM, manager of Family intervention social worker. DG, Social worker, L , Social worker, their Principals, or the “United Kingdom” or agreed to become subject to or the slave or property of said entities in any way or in any jurisdiction whatsoever. 15. In order for a crime to exist, four elements must exist; there must be a defined crime, there must be a victim, and that the victim must have been damaged, and the intent must be established on the part of the accused. Without proof of all four elements, no crime can said to have been committed. In this Affidavit, crimes are defined – namely the unlawful ejection and the lack of Duty of Care, the Affiant is the victim, this Affidavit verifies the damages, and the intent is established at the end of the thirty (30) day grace period, if the respondents fail to rebut (respond to) the wrongs they have been a party to as noted herein. 16. NOTICE is hereby given, and demands made, on HSC Southern Health and Social Care Trust. BM, manager of Family intervention social worker. DG, Social worker, LG, Social worker” that: a) ALL properties taken unlawfully, removed in violation of commerce, or otherwise converted, sold, or seized by “HSC Southern Health and Social Care Trust. BM, manager of Family intervention social worker. every point set forth in this Affidavit shall be immediately charged with criminal fraud, theft, conspiracy of extortion, theft and fraud, and commercial liens shall be placed against all their real and personal properties (defined crimes: criminal conspiracy, robbery, misprision of felony, conspiracy against the rights of peoples, extortion, fraud and false statements, and other such crimes as are related to issues of RACKETEERING  plus such Constitutional violations not listed combined and described simply as TREASON); and c) All court costs and legal fees relating to this instant case shall be paid by those who have drawn the Undersigned Affiant Patrick: of the family Coyle into this instant matter. 17. THAT failure to respond as herein required to this Affiant, within the herein a prescribed time of thirty (30) days will be deemed by this Affiant to invoke the doctrine of acquiescence and admission, to recover, in commerce, the lost or costs. damaged properties plus damages, penalties and 18. THAT this Commercial Affidavit, Notice and Warning of Commercial Grace, is the ONE AND ONLY such Notice and Warning. If all actions are not abated within thirty (30) days, or if at any time in the future any actions are reinstated, it shall be considered a wilful disregard for this Notice and Warning, and such shall engender the immediate filing of Criminal Complaints (Affidavits of Information) and Commercial Liens (Affidavits of Obligation) against all parties involved. 19. THAT the foundation of Commercial Law, being based on certain eternally just, valid, and moral precepts, has remained unchanged for at least six (6) millennia. Said Commercial Law forms the underpinnings of Western Civilization if not all Nations, Law, and Commerce in the world, is NON-JUDICIAL, and is prior and superior to, the basis of, and cannot be set aside or overruled by, the statutes of any governments, legislatures, quasi-governmental agencies, or courts. It is therefore an inherent obligation on all Authorities, Officials, Governments, Legislatures, Governmental or Quasi-governmental Agencies, Courts, Judges, Attorneys, and all aspects and Agents of all Law Enforcement Agencies to uphold said Commercial Law, without which said entities are violating the just basis of their alleged authority and serving to disintegrate the society they allegedly exist to protect. CONTRACT OF LIABILITY FOR ALLEGATIONS 20. THAT if the Respondent, HSC Southern Health and Social Care Trust. BM, manager of Family intervention social worker. DG, Social worker, LG, Social worker  fails to rebut such claims or charges, the Undersigned is LAWFULLY entitled to claim default against the Respondent. In that case, the Undersigned is fully entitled to take whatever LAWFUL steps may be necessary in order to execute this Lien. 21. THAT only I, the Human Being involved against my free will in this instant matter, can determine how much stress, harassment, and other disturbance I have suffered by virtue of being UNLAWFULLY ejected from the dwelling I was inhabiting at the time, and consequently only I am in the position of decide and dictate my desired compensation, being the amount of £10 Million Sterling, Ten Million Sterling  for all combined attempts to trespass on my absolute sovereignty, that being the sum total demanded by this Commercial Lien on the individual who accepts liability for the Name . 23. THAT for all the purposes of all of the forgoing, all references to HSC Southern Health and Social Care Trust, BM, DG, LG, shall be construed to refer to an individual who considers their Legal Fiction Name to be HSC Southern Health and Social Care Trust. BM, DG, LG, or any variant thereof, including Names phonetically sounding the same or similar, and who can accept service via .
