Big Island of Hawaii Attorney Paul J Sulla, Jr. (originating from Boston) is a forger & drug dealer and is stealing homes by creating shell Corporations & LLCs, or fake churches & trusts (to evade taxes) as entities to put Hawaii stolen real estate into, and then Sulla files with the BOC, the forged documents,

transferring his victim’s notes & mortgages, and creating new quit claim deeds and warranty deeds,( now under his control,) into these shell entities that he created for the specific reason to keep himself an arm’s length away from the stolen real estate, sometimes even using judgement proof helpers including drifters, or a strawman on some of the paperwork, fraudulently claiming they are his “clients” so he can conceal himself as the real party of interest.

This is called a Vertical Abusive Trust Beneficiary Scheme in order to launder his drug money!!!.

Paul J. Sulla, Jr preys on the elderly, those with language barriers, and those that do not know their rights…but EVERYONE is susceptible because Sulla is a liar and a schemer! Once he gets your property titled clouded (sometimes without your knowledge,) he then files for quiet title in the 3rd Circuit Court, and you get no trial and he gets your home. He will file things behind your back too! This is a huge racket going on!

Sulla is also known to steal family inheritances. In one case the family of an elderly man told me he ripped them off and they had to fight for their dad’s body after the victim mysteriously died, shortly after Sulla emptied his bank account, of 200k, into a trust that Sulla controlled. One of the victim’s daughters caught wind of it, and put a stop on the bank account, and Sulla had the gall to contact her next day and say, “How dare you touch my money.” The daughter said, “your money? That’s my parents life savings. It’s not your money!”

Sulla has zero conscience.

There are also rumors circulating that women are getting raped in his illegal drug church and keiki’s as young as 8 years old are being given ayahusaca. Sulla hides behind this drug church as a religion but he is using it to launder drug money.

According to State records, he has over 50 properties. He is AINA hungry.

The latest report I have received is he is attempting to steal the driveway of a respected medical doctor in the community, because he “acquired” (by hook or crook,) an illegal structure and eyesore next door that has no driveway for him to park, so he wants her driveway and believes he is entitled to it!

CENSORSHIP FOR EXPOSING THE TRUTH!  Just got censured for posting the Paul J Sulla, Jr. article and warning people about Sulla. The group I was censured from is called Kalapana Seaview near where our home was stolen in Pahoa. People have a right to know. This is not Pono to censure this. I know that the anglo racist Hazen Komkraus is the one that influenced this decision. Hazen is their president and is trying to take over Seaview with white supremacists. Bobby Ebanez was helping to expose this. Miss him. Hazen is also friends with Sulla’s strawman/drifter, Jason Hester that he used on paper to steal our home. Hazen has been involved with censuring me even for posting my lost cat posters in groups. When we still had our home, he and his cronies would throw trash in front of our front entrance.
