Georgia appeals court reinstates Fulton County 2020 election case

Welll.well this is no conspiracy right? The Georgia judges who dismissed this case for ‘lack of standing’ obviously obtained their law degrees from a cereal box. Ever wonder why judges are not punished for these kind of tactics when they7 are quick to sanction others? Because the judiciary is complicit; it’s that simple.

On Monday, the appeals court reinstated the Garland Favorito, et al. v. Alex Wan, et al. case, which alleges that counterfeit ballots were included in the 2020 absentee election results in Fulton County.  Both of the cases were dismissed in July by the appeals court in July 2022, which upheld a lower court ruling that the petitioners did not have standing. .. In October, the Georgia Supreme Court redefined what constitutes “standing” for a party to bring a lawsuit, including voters.

So this appears to be a case of the state judiciary dismissing cases on phony groundsso both the news media and courts can say, there is no evidence of election fraud… ad nauseum.  By the time these ‘so-called’ judges get around tohearin g  the actual fraud cases, Biden will be 100 old years old or more.
